Sat in the garden with a cuppa after my first session, I didn't expect to be this smug about a bit of home kit. Booking and payment were flexible — they let me pick an option that suited my situation — and after that the communication was oddly impressive. Got the install date days ahead, a message on the morning saying the team were an hour out (I live out in the sticks), then proper friendly installers who cleared all the packing. One week later they rang to check if anything could be better. It's not perfect — the manual could be clearer and it wasn't cheap — but I use the sauna nearly every day, sometimes twice. Recommend. Give them a nudge about the delivery window.
