I ordered this really cool suit online and thought I'd wear it to my cousin's wedding. But it turned into a total disaster. I paid extra for express delivery to the store but it got delayed, so I had to keep chasing them on live chat to find out what was going on. When I eventually went to the store, they told me my order hadn't even arrived yet, which was so annoying! I had to wait over a week for the suit to finally turn up and then even longer for a refund. Seriously, Moss Bros, sort it out! I've had to hound them twice now for the refund and it's still not been sorted. It's been nearly three weeks and they've still got my money. Completely uncool.
Suit pants needed urgently
I was in a bit of a hurry to get some suit trousers, but luckily the shop in Preston saved the day! Zak was really helpful and managed to find me the ideal pair, even though they only had one left in my size. He was so nice and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Big thanks to Zak, he's a true legend!
Suit and accessories
I popped into the suit shop on the 18th of May because I was in need of a suit and some fancy accessories to match. I had a really good time because the guy working there was really helpful and helped me pick out everything I needed. He was so friendly and seemed to know absolutely everything about suits. It felt like I had a personal suit consultant assisting me, and it was fantastic! I just wanted to say thanks for being so great!
Wedding suit purchase with Patrick at the Preston branch
During my visit to the Preston branch, I wasn't sure what I wanted for my wedding suit, but Patrick really helped me out. He was so knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and paid attention to every little detail, which made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. Thanks to Patrick and the rest of the friendly staff, I left the store feeling like a very satisfied customer. It was a fantastic shopping experience that I would definitely recommend to others.

Trust me, if i am saying that i am the oldest customer of Moss Bros that the company ever had! Nope, i am kidding but yes i am buying my clothes from here for no idea since when. But for me , if i ever wanted to buy the Former dress for anyone in my house or for me i just recommend this company. i don't think someone is better offering the quality that they offer. not just that, i love the designs and cool stuff that do with their clothes to make it damn good on everyone. i am not that built, mostly look like the slim trim guy with a fine body so for me finding a suit is like finding a god! okay that is little dramatic but really i don't know why most of the formal dress looks odd on me but this si the only company which clothes actually looks good on me.
so yes, i must recommend buying and if not then at least give it a chance.
