Motorcycle gear purchase
I've had a pretty good experience with Motardinn. I've bought motorcycle gear from them a few times because of their great prices. The stuff I've got has been good quality and has lasted well. Although, I did have a problem with a pair of boots, but I haven't tried to send them back yet. I think it's more of a problem with the manufacturer than Motardinn themselves. It's worth mentioning that, like a lot of online shops, delivery can be slow, so it's best not to order anything in a rush. I'd recommend checking that things fit properly before ordering to avoid having to send anything back.
Motorcycle gloves purchased
I bought a pair of motorcycle gloves from this website recently, but when they arrived they turned out to be Ladies size/shape. I was a bit annoyed as this detail was hidden in a chunk of text in the description, rather than being clearly mentioned in the title. I had to pay an extra 3€ for shipping and another 8€ to send them back, and now I'm still waiting for the refund. All in all, not the best shopping experience.
Lightweight hiking boots
I bought a pair of lightweight hiking boots from an online store not long ago, and I have to say, my experience was really great. The customer service team was quick and helpful when I had a question about my delivery. I got a detailed answer in just half an hour, which was really impressive. The delivery only took one day longer than expected, but it didn't cause me any problems. I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely think about shopping there again in the future.

It took a few days to sort it all out, but I must say, I was grateful for their quick reply and for fixing the problem.
Waterproof motorcycle jacket
I recently bought a waterproof motorcycle jacket from this shop, and I have to say, I wasn't very impressed. The website said they had it in stock, but after I ordered, I had to wait for over a month for it to arrive. Turns out, they didn't actually have it in stock, which made me feel frustrated and tricked. However, I will give them credit for how easy it was to cancel my order. If I had known about the stock issue sooner, I would have cancelled it much earlier, but once I did, I got my refund quickly and without any problems. Even though it was a bit of a hassle in the beginning, the cancellation and refund process was smooth, so I might consider shopping here again in the future.
Moped tires purchase
I thought I was getting a great deal on some moped tires from this website. I waited patiently for about 8 days before getting an email saying the tires were out of stock. What a waste of my time! I don't understand why they couldn't have told me sooner. I cancelled my order right away and decided to buy from my local company, even though it was more expensive. No big deal, but I won't be trying this website again.
Motorbike gloves purchase
I bought some motorbike gloves from this seller not long ago. Unfortunately, I ended up getting the wrong item not just once, but twice. Dealing with the return was a real pain, and it's been two months now and still no refund. Honestly, it's been a pretty rubbish and annoying experience overall.
Received package from Spain
I was a bit unsure about buying from this website at first because of some bad reviews I'd seen online. Eventually, I thought I'd take a chance and I was actually really happy with how it turned out. I liked that they kept me updated on my order through Facebook messenger and reassured me that things were on their way. When my package arrived all the way from Spain, I felt really relieved and pleased with the items I got.
Visor for motorcycle helmet
I was so gutted to see that my order, number 48727759, still hadn't been shipped after a whole week. I really needed that visor pronto and I'm worried about how long it's taken for other folks to get their deliveries. I'm hoping the company can clear things up and hurry up with getting it sent out.
Delayed shipment, cancelled order, cheaper alternative found
I was so disappointed with the service at Motardinn. I waited a whole week for my items to be shipped, and they still hadn't been sent out! It was really annoying to see how slowly they were dealing with orders. In the end, I decided to cancel my order and find somewhere else to shop. And guess what? I found the same items for a much better price, and they were shipped the same day! Cancelling my order was easy, but now I have to wait 4-10 days for my refund. This whole thing has made me feel really disappointed and frustrated.
Misleading delivery estimates
I made the mistake of buying from this company because they gave me wrong details about when my order would arrive. There were lots of other places where I could have got the same thing for less money and got it quicker. I want to let others know to be careful because after I paid, the delivery date they gave me was not right, it was just a guess. In the end, my order arrived a whole week later than they said. I really suggest steering clear of this company and finding somewhere else that's cheaper and faster.

I recently bought some motorcycle gear from Motardinn and I have to say, I'm pretty happy with how it all turned out. The products I got were top-notch and just like the description. But, there were a couple of things that didn't quite go smoothly. Firstly, I was a bit let down to see that the custom charges and local shipping fees weren't included in the total at checkout. That caught me off guard and I reckon it would've been better if that was clear from the start. Also, the package my order came in was a bit bashed up, but luckily, nothing was actually missing from it.
Helmet and 2 accessories to Romania
I bought a helmet and two accessories online and had them sent to Romania. The whole process went pretty well, but there was a tiny hiccup - one of the items was missing when it arrived. The company quickly gave me a refund for the missing item, which was a good way to sort things out. All in all, based on my experience, I would say this store is worth recommending to others.
A cool bike helmet
Oh my goodness, I bought this really awesome bike helmet from Motardinn and it actually came three days before I expected it to! It was packed really nicely as well. I was so excited to try it on and guess what? It fits like a glove! The best thing is that it didn't cost me an arm and a leg, so I didn't have to spend loads to keep my head safe. I would definitely suggest checking out Motardinn for anything you need for biking!
Helmet purchase
I bought a helmet from this website recently, and I have to say, it's been a total nightmare. I still haven't got my helmet, no note was left, and I can't seem to get hold of anyone to help me sort it out. And to make matters worse, the delivery driver took a photo showing my helmet just thrown in the back of a van like it was nothing. Totally outrageous!
Quick delivery, no extra charges
I was a bit hesitant at first about buying from this place because of the negative reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised with my experience! My order arrived just 10 days after placing it, and I didn't incur any additional taxes or import fees. On top of that, I saved £100 compared to buying the same items in the UK. Overall, it was a great deal and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
Dainese Carve Master 3 Jacket, pant, Chest armour, back armour, hip armour, and gloves
So hey, I got some awesome stuff from Motardinn but things didn't go smoothly, man. I got this really cool jacket, pants, and all that good stuff, but they kept saying things were out of stock. I was like, what's up with that? Their Customer Service team were quick to reply and were actually pretty nice (shocker!). Now I just have to wait for my refund and see how that goes. I've bought things from their sister sites heaps of times and their stuff is always good quality, no funny business. But yeah, it's just a waiting game now.
Motorcycle battery
I bought a motorcycle battery from Motardinn not long ago. But I ran into some problems with the delivery after I placed my order. The parcel seemed to have disappeared and I couldn't track it. I got in touch with customer service for help and they were quite quick to respond in the beginning. But as time passed, they stopped replying to me. I felt really annoyed and let down by the lack of communication. I was hoping for a refund for the item that never arrived, but my efforts to get in touch with the customer service team didn't lead anywhere.
LS2 Advanced helmets
Recently, I bought two LS2 Advanced helmets from this site. One of them was too small, so I had to return it. The return process was easy, costing me less than €5. They quickly refunded me, even quicker than I thought. I ordered a bigger helmet, which arrived earlier than expected. I was happy with the service and would recommend it to others.

Crap delivery and customer service.
If you can wait two or three weeks for your item/s to arrive, this is your website.
Crap customer service. As usual they don’t have any interest in resolving their customer’s concerns regarding delivery time and their excuses are all scripted and repeated by phone or by email.
They also lie to your face telling you that your parcel is in England when it clearly shows it is still store in their delivery company warehouse.
Yes, their prices are good but if you do not have more than a week to wait for your parcel, you shouldn’t use this company.
