not worth the hassle. I picked an M helmet of the same model I already own so I was pretty sure about the fit, but what arrived was labelled M and clearly smaller — just didn’t sit right. I first spotted the seller on a price-comparison site and a mate had pointed them out, so I went for the cheap option. Seemed fine at first, then the trouble began: to return it they wanted €18 postage and only refunded the price of the helmet, not the return cost, even though they shipped the wrong size. Customer service kept sending vague, boilerplate replies saying I got what I ordered and refusing to cover the return. I tried a few times to explain, got nowhere. A bit of enthusiasm for the low price at the start, but the poor aftercare and extra charges left a sour taste — I’d rather pay a bit more and avoid this drama.
Small shop, big help
Halfway through trying on that race suit I had a proper moment — it actually fitted better than I expected. I've been buying from them online for years, but this time I decided to pop into their Aachen shop to try things on before I committed. The click & collect worked no problem; you do need to allow a few days (I waited about a week) for everything to be ready, so plan for that. The shop is tiny, as they warn, so don’t expect a huge showroom, but that wasn’t an issue for me. What stood out was the staff — really patient, quick to offer advice and didn’t try to hustle a sale. I left happier than I thought I would, which is nice. All in all a smooth, low-fuss visit; I’d happily go back and hope they get a bit more space one day.
At last, it does the job
I ordered this because my lower back was killing me after the move and the last brace I bought fell apart in a week. The whole process was messy at first — stock listed as available, then silence, then money taken and no update (very frustrating). I chased them a few times. What changed my mind was the moment I actually put the brace on. It sat right, gave support where I needed it, and I could stand and walk without that hot, nagging ache. That’s when I felt satisfied, even though getting there was too long and too noisy (emails back and forth, a refund that took ages). So yes, the product works. The service was patchy and their communication could be much better; they should be clearer about stock and refunds. Price felt fair for the quality, but only after it proved useful. Not perfect, not smooth, but the end result—less pain—made the trouble worth it. I’d buy again, but I’d check stock by phone first.
Waiting on gloves, no word
I saw these gloves on Instagram and even passed the link to a mate who wanted a pair too, so I ordered straight away on 21 July. It said shipped within five working days — that seemed fine — but here we are, weeks later and absolutely no shipping update. I’ve emailed, I’ve waited, I’ve checked spam, nothing. Tried to be patient but the silence from support is the worst part; no reply, no tracking number, nothing. I’m fine if there’s a delay, but at least tell me what’s going on. I’d like a clear status, a tracking link, and if they’ve sold out then just refund me, simple as that. If I don’t hear back soon I’ll look into raising it with the European Consumer Centre and possibly dispute the payment, because it’s getting silly. Bit disappointed because the kit looked good and it was recommended, but the lack of communication has left a bad taste.
Shoes return

I returned my shoes a couple of weeks ago because they were too big, using your return form. I haven't gotten my refund yet and I'm getting a bit concerned. I would appreciate an update on the situation so I can resolve it.

I recently bought some motorcycle gear from this online shop. When I first tried to make an account, I had a little trouble, but I got in touch with customer service and they were really fast to help me out. The person I talked to was really polite and sorted out the issue quickly. After I got my account sorted, I found loads of cool products at good prices. All in all, I'm happy with my shopping experience at this shop.
Helmet and gloves
I've just bought a helmet and a pair of gloves from this online shop and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the quality. The helmet fits like a glove (excuse the pun) and gives great protection, and the gloves are comfy and tough. The price was good and the products were top quality. Exchange of shoes due to size issue
I bought a pair of shoes recently that turned out to be too small, so I had to send them back to the company on May 29th. I was hoping to get a replacement promptly, but it's been a while now and I still haven't received it. This delay is disappointing and it's made me quite frustrated with the whole situation.

Saved loads of money
I managed to save a lot of money by purchasing something from Germany instead of the US, even though the shipping costs were higher. It was a product made in America, so I was pretty pleased about that. When it arrived, everything was just fine!
Quick, reliable biker clothing shop
This online store is absolutely brilliant for biker clothing. I always go to this website for all my biking gear stuff because they have loads of choice, good prices, and often have special offers. The delivery didn't take long either, just one week to get to me here in Hungary. All in all, I would definitely recommend this website to any bikers in Europe.
Quick order, good price
Ordering was a breeze and the price was great. I received my package in around 15 days and it arrived in perfect condition. All the items I ordered were brand new, just as they promised. However, I was not expecting the hefty import charges! It ended up being around 50% of the total cost, much more than I anticipated.
Leather suit, back protector, knee slider
I recently purchased a fantastic leather suit, back protector, and knee slider from Motoin. It took around 2 weeks for my order to reach me here in New Zealand, but when I finally tried them on, they fitted perfectly! The leather suit was a little stiff initially, but it's clear it's top-notch quality and feels amazing. The back protector I bought is much better than the one that came with the suit originally. As for the knee sliders, they look fantastic and attach flawlessly to the velcro on the knees. I'm absolutely thrilled with my purchase!
