the sound was warm and the bits of music and voices fitted nicely, although one clip took forever to buffer — minor faff but nothing disastrous. I sat opposite, phone tucked away, and watched him realise what he was hearing. Seeing him go quiet, then his eyes get wet, then actually sob and stand up to hug me — that was the moment. Proper cinematic, but in our messy kitchen. He kept saying thank you between sniffs; I rang the kids straight away to boast (and laugh) — might have “broken” Papa Bear a bit. So, not perfect tech-wise, but it did exactly what I wanted: made a simple, very real moment. Worth it.

I’d had one or two poor experiences with other firms before, so I braced myself, but this felt different. They even helped when I suddenly remembered I’d left a grandchild’s name out — no fuss, they produced an alternate, slower version that fit perfectly. The vocals and production are proper quality, not the usual templated stuff, and that attention to detail made a big emotional difference for us. I kept expecting some hiccup, a delay or a curt reply, but delivery was on time and the customer service stayed patient and friendly the whole way. Happy to recommend — good value for what you get.
