I saw the item because a colleague tipped me about it. That’s how I ordered it as a Christmas present. The package never arrived. The courier said the address was wrong. I know that sounds familiar. I sent photos of the label, my driving licence and recent mail. All the same address. I kept replying. At first the replies looked like copy‑paste. They kept repeating that the address was insufficient. It was stressful. Especially with Christmas coming up.
Then MyFaceboxer stepped in properly. They contacted the carrier and offered two choices. They offered to resend the order, which sadly wouldn’t reach me in time. Then they offered a refund. The refund was processed quickly. That was the turning point for me — the moment I knew I could be satisfied. It showed they actually took responsibility even if the courier had messed up.
I’m not naïve. The delivery failure was the courier’s fault. But the company didn’t shrug and walk away. Their initial emails were sloppy, yes. But after I pushed, they handled it and offered reasonable options. I’m glad they did. I’m also a bit disappointed I missed the timing for the gift. Little things like that matter.
Overall, I’m grateful it wasn’t left unresolved. I’d use them again, but I’d be wary of choosing a fast deadline. If you’re recommended them by a friend, as I was, don’t expect miracles with tight shipping windows. Good customer contact matters more than glossy listings. In my case they earned some credit back by refunding promptly and following up. That’s why I’ve adjusted my opinion upward from my first post.
