"failed delivery", address incomplete. They asked me to pay again to redeliver. I said no. Nine weeks later and about ten emails in, most were the same auto-reply, like talking to a very polite robot. The latest message says they'll remake and send the order. Fine, that's something, and I'm oddly relieved, but honestly I still want my money back or the boxers. Small win for effort, big fail on follow-through. Wouldn't recommend, at least not yet.
Too big, too much faff
Honestly, I'd steer well clear — not worth the bother. The item turned up at least two sizes bigger than a normal women's small, so it was basically unusable (felt like I’d ordered a tent). It took ten days to arrive and the shipping fee felt unfair — it came in a thin zip bag. When I tried to swap it they made me do an absurd set of recorded measurements before even accepting the return. Returns were easier elsewhere, so I’m done with this seller, bit annoyed.
Sizing roulette
I put them on thinking they'd be fine, then had this weird "did I shrink them in the wash already?" moment. Ordered two pairs — same style, different sizes as per the site's chart — and what turned up couldn't have been more inconsistent. One pair hugs my waist like it's on a mission, the other hangs off me like a pair of curtains. Fabric itself is alright, soft enough, and the stitching seems decent, pockets are useful, but the waistband and fit make them unusable for work (and frankly embarrassing in public). Lost on the last mile, but sorted

But after I pushed, they handled it and offered reasonable options. I’m glad they did. I’m also a bit disappointed I missed the timing for the gift. Little things like that matter.
Overall, I’m grateful it wasn’t left unresolved. I’d use them again, but I’d be wary of choosing a fast deadline. If you’re recommended them by a friend, as I was, don’t expect miracles with tight shipping windows. Good customer contact matters more than glossy listings. In my case they earned some credit back by refunding promptly and following up. That’s why I’ve adjusted my opinion upward from my first post.
