I ordered a poster and got a tiny keyring instead. The text is almost unreadable and the images are minuscule. I did pay extra for faster delivery and it turned up much later than promised, which didn’t help. The only mildly surprising thing was the keyring itself felt quite solid, oddly enough, but that doesn’t make up for the mistake or the slow delivery. No proper compensation offered either.
Support saved the day
I've been emailing a rep called Vicky and she was on it straight away, kept me updated and chased things down. After bad runs with other firms this felt reassuring. Nice product and solid support, pleasantly surprised.
Scratches first, smiles later
Opened the box thinking I'd bought a DIY scratch map — no protective film and a few chips and scratches straight away. I started using it the same evening and was properly sceptical. Rang customer service and, fair play, they were quick, friendly and actually sorted things out, though I had to pay postage on the replacement which annoyed me. Ordered again, kept my fingers crossed, and the second parcel arrived faster than I'd expected — much better that time. So annoying start but decent people and delivery redeemed it. Still a bit wary about quality control, but pleased with the service.
Half-baked keepsake
I was halfway through unwrapping it when the disappointment hit — not dramatic, just flat. Ordered this as a little birthday thing for my mum, who’s got bad arthritis and couldn’t make a day out, so I wanted something special. The pictures on the site promised a small 3D figure in a proper pack, with a couple of accessories. What arrived was basically a poorly printed photo stuck in cheap packaging; the photo they used wasn’t even the one I sent — eyebrows missing, face slightly off. Delivery itself was on time-ish, but that doesn’t matter if the thing is wrong. I tried customer service; slow replies and no real offer to fix it, just stock phrases. I get mistakes happen, but the lack of care and the feeling I’d been misled was the worst part. Felt a bit foolish for trusting the photos. Would’ve appreciated a quick call or a photo of the final item before sending. Mildly annoyed, honestly.
Early but a bit nervous
they restocked fast and kept me updated, honestly they were quick, really quick. Customer service phoned/emailled to check my address and even flagged when something looked off so I could fix it — saved me a headache. First impression when I opened it: looks great, nice quality. Only downside is timing uncertainty — if it’s for a specific date, order well ahead. Overall pleased, just a tiny stress.
