The moment I realised this was not just a late parcel was after USPS told me it had been delivered to my front door. Cameras show nobody came to the door that day, and there was nothing in the mailbox either. The tracking says delivered, but that does not match what happened here. I paid for a new kit and received the dispatch email with a USPS First Class tracking number. The website also showed an extra $7 charge for adult signature verification. No signature was requested, and the parcel does not appear to have been sent with that service. USPS keep saying it was delivered, although they cannot explain the lack of a signature. What makes it more annoying is that I had ordered from this company before without any trouble. Delivery used to be quick and simple, which is why I came back. I emailed them because I could not find a phone number anywhere on the site. So far, no reply. I am glad earlier orders went smoothly, but this one has left me out of pocket and with no useful way to resolve it. A basic acknowledgement, even while they checked with the carrier, would have made a difference. Instead, it has just gone quiet.
