Took a bit, but worth it

    Small worries, big relief

    the top brackets didn’t fit because the window glass depth varies. Again Anna stepped in and had larger brackets sent out (at a small extra cost, which was fair enough as it was my mistake). I started fitting them straight away; first impressions were good — the blinds look neat, feel solid and don’t scream cheap. The only gripe is you can’t pick up the phone and speak to someone, which is a bit old-fashioned these days, but email responses were prompt and effective. Overall my worries before buying mostly vanished once they handled the issues quickly. Happy it worked out and glad I went for them in the end.

    In short, their aftercare put me off. I paid over £1,000 for a motorised blind and it packed in within six months. The company were quick to say it was 'paint on the rail' even though I sent a video showing the motor stalling. I asked for diagnostics. They never tested it. I escalated to the MD and still got brushed aside. Felt like showing a home movie to someone who'd already made their mind up. Delivery and ordering were fine, and the blind worked well for a while, so it's not all bad. But the way they handled the fault was sloppy. Keep every bit of proof and be ready to complain — I’m looking at small claims.

However, aftercare was brilliant: they collected the faulty item without hassle, refunded promptly and handled the whole thing with zero fuss. If I had one tip: double-check the material listed and ask for instructions up front. Overall pleased, would buy again, really — and no drama to deal with.
