Air Jordan 1Craft
I tried to buy the Air Jordan 1Craft from your website the other day. But, I ran into some problems while I was trying to place my order. I did my best, but I just couldn't finish the transaction, which was really frustrating. I like it when things go smoothly and efficiently, so it was a bit of a letdown. As a customer, I hope that you can make some tweaks to the ordering system to give us all a better shopping experience.
Shoes purchase
I didn't get any confirmation for my order until a few days later, so I wasn't sure if it had even gone through. The shoes turned up within a week, which I thought was decent. But when they took the money from my card, they ended up charging me too much. I gave customer service a ring in English, and they quickly sorted out the overcharge without any fuss.
Nothing better than NIke
Do anybody even need to say, how popular, prestigious and known the brand is. But still, why people prefer and actually love nike is pretty much obvious. Their footwear, clothings and other stuff are amazing, high quality,surely bit expensive as the brands but best for long run.
Switch to Nike, if doing anything else :)
