Chest of drawers and bedside table

Hilda Cabin Bed with Bunk Underbed and Play area
My daughter loves her new bed and I have even slept on the underbed a couple of times. It is very comfortable. Product was easy to order and the bed is a very solid construction. It was delivered exactly when it was supposed to arrive and didn't take long for me to put it together. My daughter now has her own play area and princess tower in her bedroom which she can't get enough of. I am up for Dad of the year. I would definitely use this company again. Thank you Noa and Nani.
The most appalling company when it comes to after sales. I have purchased two grey single beds for my children and in less than 4 weeks, all of the grey paint is flaking off. They look absolutely awful. I have had to purchase new beds elsewhere and although accepting to refund the beds, they’re expecting me to pay the delivery costs to send them back (Even though they’re faulty and I am well within my rights to return them). They have no contact number to get hold of anybody and take around 2-3 days to respond to each email.
Karlstad Chest of Drawers
I'd never bought anything from this company before, but I'll certainly be coming back after the great experience I had. I got myself the Karlstad Chest of Drawers 5 Drawer Tall in Classic White, and I have to say, it's a really solid set of drawers. The only downside was that the drawer railings were a bit greasy, which left some hard-to-remove marks on the unit. Other than that, it was a top-quality unit for a great price.
Otta Single Mattress Hypoallergenic High Density Foam
I recently bought the Otta Single Mattress Hypoallergenic High Density Foam for my daughter and I have to say I am really pleased with it. It fits her bed frame perfectly and she thinks it's really comfy, which is what matters most to me. The delivery was fast and easy, and the fact that the mattress was rolled up was a nice surprise as it didn't take up too much room. All in all, I'm really happy with the quality and price of the product.

I bought a couple of bedroom furniture items from this place not long ago. I was quite pleased at first because it was easy to put together with clear instructions and labels. But I've noticed that the furniture isn't very durable - it gets marked up very easily. I was hoping it would be tougher.
Single bed frame
I ordered a single bed frame for my son on the 2nd of May and was told it would arrive within 7-14 days. After waiting a week, I got a notification saying my delivery was on its way, but only part of my order turned up. Unfortunately, the bed frame was missing. I tried to get in touch with customer service a few times, but they took ages to get back to me. Finally, when they did, they said they'd send a replacement. It's been two weeks since then, and I still haven't received the missing item. Every time I check in, all I get are excuses and promises with no real information or updates. The delivery company they used seems awful, judging by the online reviews. I feel like I'm just chasing my tail trying to get hold of my product.
Large order bed frame and mattresses
I'm absolutely gobsmacked at the shocking communication and service from this company. I made a big order for a bed frame and mattresses, and paid extra for priority delivery on a specific date. However, I got a bunch of emails from customer service telling me that three mattresses were unavailable. I replied straight away, asking to take the mattresses off the order, but even so, my order didn't show up when it should have. And to add insult to injury, when I tried to get in touch with customer support through email, all I got were automated responses, and their phone lines were down. It's beyond frustrating to fork out a hefty sum of money and then get zero communication and help in return. I'm still waiting for my order to arrive, and I have no clue when that might happen.
Bunk bed purchase
I recently bought a bunk bed and I must say, I was really disappointed. The quality of the bed was so bad and to make matters worse, two screws were the wrong size, which made it impossible for me to put the beds together properly. On top of that, all the pictures online showed the bed with an organizer and tower, but nowhere did it say that these were extras you had to buy separately. It felt quite misleading to me, especially since those extras were in every single photo.
When I tried to reach out to customer service, they weren't all that helpful either. I really wish I had taken the time to read through reviews before I made the purchase. Live and learn, I suppose.Poor quality chest of drawers
I bought a chest of drawers recently and it turned out to be a bit rubbish. One of the drawers has already fallen apart, and the paint on the surface is dodgy in places. It just feels really cheap overall. Putting it together was a pain and took ages. The desk I got was a bit better, but I had to redo one of the drawers with paint and varnish, which was really annoying and cost me more money.

I bought the Gustav folding table in white from this company not long ago, and I have to say I'm really happy with it. It's great for using in different ways and looks really good in my home.
