Delayed processing, unhelpful customer service
I'm really disappointed with my experience at this store. The website said orders might take 3 days to process, but it's been 5 days and no progress. When I reached out to customer service, they told me not to contact them until after 3 days. Then they said my order would be cancelled if I didn't want it. But, obviously, I want it - why else would I have paid for it? It's ridiculous to be threatened with cancellation just for asking about the delay. Finally, after days of waiting, they said my order would be dispatched on Monday. If you need your stuff quickly, I'd suggest avoiding this store.
Melissa school shoes for daughter
I recently bought a pair of Melissa school shoes for my daughter from NONNON. Even though I had seen some bad reviews, I decided to give it a go and ordered them on Monday evening. And guess what? The shoes showed up on Friday, all in great shape. Initially, I wasn't too sure about it, but NONNON really came through. Plus, I got them for a steal compared to other big stores. I'm thrilled with my purchase and will definitely be returning for more. Shoutout to NONNON for going above and beyond!

The bad reviews nearly put me off, but I thought I'd chance it and buy the Vivienne Westwood Melissa flat shoes. I was pleasantly surprised when they showed up just 3 days after I ordered them, all nicely wrapped. I was so happy to see that the shoes were just like they were described and really good quality. Even though I had my doubts at first, I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again.

I recently bought some Vivienne Westwood pumps and heels from this store. They were originally priced at £260, but I managed to get them on sale for just £91 for both! The delivery was really quick and free, arriving in only 2 days even though I ordered them late. The shoes were in perfect condition and exactly as they were described on the website. To be honest, I was a bit nervous at first because I hadn't read any reviews before ordering, but I'm happy to say that my experience was even better than I expected.

After reading some mixed reviews, I thought I'd take a chance and order a pair of Melissa shoes from this site. I couldn't find them anywhere else, even on the official Melissa website, so I thought 'why not?' I placed my order on the 7th March and heard back about it on the 8th, even getting a Royal Mail tracking email on the 9th. To my surprise, the shoes arrived on the 10th. They were real, and even better than I imagined. All in all, I was happy with my purchase and would think about using this site again. One thing to mention is that I now have a username and login, though I'm not sure if that will make a difference.
Small product exchange
I recently had to swap a small product that I bought because it was too small for me. The return process was quick, and I asked for a bigger size instead. But, I've been really let down by the customer service I've got since then. I've been nice and asked for a quick return because I needed the item for an upcoming holiday, but the person, who I think is called Jenny, hasn't been helpful at all. Instead of actually helping me, she's just sent me the same generic response to my emails four or five times. That kind of disregard and carelessness from a customer service person is not acceptable. It's been more than a week since I returned the item, and nothing has been done to sort out the exchange.
Vivienne Westwood shoes for my daughter's birthday
I really love the Vivienne Westwood shoes I got for my daughter's birthday. They came right on time and looked even more amazing in person. I've bought from this website a few times now and I get that the staff safety comes first, so I don't mind waiting a bit longer for delivery. Great job!

I've been using this website for a while now, and I must admit, I was a bit unsure about making a recent purchase because I read some negative reviews. However, I decided to take a chance and buy the shoes anyway, mainly because of my positive past experiences. And I'm really happy that I did! The shoes were ordered on the 13th of August and arrived via Royal Mail on the 19th of August, in perfect condition just like before. I would definitely recommend this website to anyone in search of high-quality products and dependable service.

I placed an order on your website for a specific item on the 18th, and I'm disappointed that I haven't received my delivery yet. I've been getting automated emails, but the item still hasn't arrived, which is frustrating. It's worrying to see other stores managing to deliver items quickly, even offering next day delivery services during the pandemic. I would appreciate it if my item could be sent to me soon or a refund provided. It's unacceptable to mislead customers by saying on your website that delivery is normal, which has left me feeling disappointed.

I have been looking everywhere for the Vivienne Westwood Ultragirl 22 Black Bow Orb shoes for my daughter to wear when she goes back to school. They seem to be sold out everywhere I looked. But luckily, I found this website and decided to give it a go, especially after reading some good reviews. I was really pleased to see that they had the shoes in stock, and at a discounted price of £70.40, which is much cheaper than the £110 price tag at other stores. The delivery was super quick, especially since I ordered on a bank holiday Monday and still received the shoes by Friday. The shoes are really lovely and even smell nice! I was a bit concerned about getting my hands on a pair of the Lazy Oaf x Melissa sandals in my size because they were out of stock everywhere. Fortunately, I came across this website and not only did they have them available, but there was also a fantastic extra 20% discount. I wasn't sure about it initially, but I thought I'd give it a try. I'm really pleased that I did because the shoes arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I ended up ordering a pair of pink platform sandals and I have to say I'm really pleased with them. They were sent out quickly and arrived in just 5 working days. The quality is fantastic and the service was spot on. I'll definitely be going back to them in the future.
Shoes for wife's birthday
I've been a customer for a couple of years now and I've always had a good experience with my orders. The delivery has been pretty quick and I've never had any problems until my last order. Because of the pandemic, there was a bit of a delay in getting my order but it still came on time for my wife's birthday. Oh my gosh, I ordered these really cute sandals and I was a bit worried they might not arrive on time because of what some people were saying, but they actually got to me in just 3 days!
