Left hanging through Christmas
I hesitated a long time before I hit buy. The delivery estimate looked shaky and I wasn't sure if it'd turn up in time for a present. I needed something simple for my partner's morning routine and that was the plan. It arrived—well, it didn't. I chased them from December and only heard anything on 28 January. They offered a resend or refund. I asked for a refund (Christmas had passed) and then... silence. No confirmation, no money back. Bit of a gutting experience. Use with caution, honestly.
Quick, clear fix
Strange start — an item was missing from my delivery and, to be honest, I was wary after bad experiences with other suppliers. I emailed and Ryan replied straight away, explained it was a partial delivery and confirmed the rest would be with me the next day. It turned up as promised; I’d bought the kit for back rehab, so that quick turnaround was a relief.
Barely sorted, but glad I waited
I still remember seeing this on Instagram — a mate had one and kept nagging me to get it, so I finally bit the bullet. I was a bit iffy beforehand because some reviews mentioned dodgy delivery and slow replies, but the product looked exactly like what I wanted. Ordered late January and that’s where the fun began. The parcel was sent with Evri and after a failed first attempt I asked the seller to change the address — no reply. I rang Evri, managed to divert it to a nearby parcel shop, then the tracking went quiet for ages. I chased the seller a couple of times and heard nothing back; that was annoying and honestly made me think I’d been scammed. Evri later told me the parcel was mislaid and probably lost; they said I needed to go back to the seller. I forwarded everything and… silence again. After a few more emails the seller finally replied and sent a replacement, which I’ve now got. The item itself is good — does what it should, exactly as my mate said — but the communication was slow and patchy. Not perfect, but it works, and they did sort it in the end, so mixed feelings really.
Quick bits, slow follow-up
the items that arrived were good quality and fitted straight onto my commuter bike — in fact I've been riding with them every day since, so they do what they're supposed to. The ordering process was fine and the first two packages turned up really fast (ordered at weekend, bits on Monday/Tuesday). Where it fell down was customer service after I reported a missing parcel. They replied quickly at first, apologised and asked whether I wanted a refund or a replacement. I asked for a replacement and then... radio silence. I chased twice, had to wait longer than seems necessary for what should be a simple resend. In the end the missing piece was re-sent and I received it, so job done, but the delay and poor communication left it feeling like a three-star interaction rather than five. Would buy again, but I'd keep an eye on follow-ups.
