I've just bought a Woolfe dress from this company and I must say, they really impressed me. I was initially drawn in by their sustainable ethos and I wasn't let down. The dress arrived pretty quickly after I ordered it, but sadly, I had picked the wrong size. So, I contacted customer service for help and was greeted by a lovely and helpful person called Sofia. She sorted out the exchange process promptly and made sure I got the right size in a jiffy. The dress turned out to be even better quality than I expected and I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.
Late order delivery
My experience with this company has been incredibly frustrating. I placed an order and waited for a whole 8 days, but my items still haven't been shipped. What's even worse is the complete lack of communication from the company's end. I tried reaching out through WhatsApp, phone calls, and email, but I've been met with nothing but silence.
It's really disappointing that a company can't even bother to let its customers know about delays in shipping. If you're not able to fulfill orders, then you shouldn't be accepting them in the first place. Now I'm out of pocket with no idea of when or if I'll ever get my items. This level of disregard for customer service is just unacceptable, and I felt like I had to share my experience to warn others.Trouser purchase, attempted exchange
I ordered a couple pairs of trousers from this company in March, but they turned out to be too big for me. I tried to exchange them, but even after using the returns label they provided, I never got any confirmation from them. I've contacted them several times and they promised to send me new pairs, but it's already June and I still haven't received anything. I've basically lost over £100 and have nothing to show for it. I won't even be living at this address in June, so I won't get the trousers even if they eventually arrive. I'm really frustrated and asked for a full refund. It's a shame because the products seemed great and were good quality, and it's an eco-friendly brand.

I ordered some knitwear and accessories. it was delivered to me within 3 days and the quality was top-notch, the fabric, quality, and style were quite unique. Even the price was affordable. As a fashion company, Omnes produces clothes such as; dresses, knitwear, tops, trousers, skirts, jumpsuit and accessories. Goods ordered have different delivery dates due to different locations but a minimum delivery date of 3 days and a maximum of 7 days. They also offer free returns of products within the UK, but with international returns (outside the UK), any additional costs for the return are the customer's responsibility. Furthermore, if you ever feel like returning a product, you should do so within 28 days from the day of the collection after which you shall be entitled to a full refund within 14 days, through the same means you used in paying.
