Size discrepancy in order
I bought a size 12 dress online, but they sent me a size 18 instead. When I looked at my order confirmation, it didn't show the size I picked. I got in touch with customer service to sort it out and asked if they could waive the return fee because of the website mistake. They thought I was lying and didn't help with the return fee. It was really frustrating, and now I'm not sure if I want to order from them again.
Christmas gifts for mum and sis
I've just bought some Christmas gifts for my mum and sister from this shop. They really liked the cardigan and trousers I chose for them. The staff there were really helpful in helping me pick the right items and sizes, and they did a great job. I was particularly impressed by their commitment to sustainability, which my sister loved. All in all, it was a great shopping trip and a win for all of us.
Two dresses
I recently bought two dresses from an online store. Sadly, my experience hasn't been great. After waiting a week, I heard nothing about my order. I contacted customer service and was told one dress didn't pass quality checks. They gave me the choice of a refund or getting the other dress by Wednesday. I chose the second option, but the dress didn't come by Friday. I've sent many more emails that haven't been replied to, which is frustrating and disheartening. I try to back sustainable businesses, so this has been a big let-down. I won't be buying from them in the future.

I ordered this dress ages ago for a special event, but it hasn't arrived yet and no one's responding to my emails or calls. I bought something about 2 weeks ago, but it still hasn't turned up. I've tried contacting them through email and Instagram, but I've not heard anything back. It's really annoying and frustrating that they're not keeping me in the loop. Luckily, I paid with PayPal so at least my payment is protected. After this, I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.
Dress
I bought a dress from this shop not long ago, and I have to say I was really pleased with the customer service I got. When there was a problem with my delivery, the staff were quick to help and sort it out. I also found that the size of the dress was just right, which was a nice surprise. I've now ordered something else and I'm curious to see if the service will be just as good.
First-time order, impressed with quality
I recently bought my first item from you guys, and I have to say I was really happy with how fast it arrived and the great quality of the clothes. I wasn't sure at first if they'd be any good, but once I tried on my lovely green coat and got loads of compliments, I gotta admit I was pretty impressed. Now I can't wait to get more stuff from your shop, and I'd be over the moon if that coat came in other colours too.

I was really pleased with the event dresses I bought - they were great quality and didn't break the bank. I find a lot of other places sell flimsy, shiny dresses that don't last or look good. These dresses were even better than I expected, both in terms of cost and how long they'll last. I was absolutely blown away by how great the customer service was when I asked about getting a dress that was out of stock. I got in touch through Instagram and they really went the extra mile to find the dress for me in one of their stores. Even though I live far away and couldn't pick it up myself, they sorted out shipping it to me. It's not often these days that you come across such dedication and kindness in businesses, so I'm really thankful for the amazing service they gave me.
Clothes from Omnes
Oh, my gosh, I used to absolutely adore this brand because they were really focused on helping the environment and everything. I was completely obsessed with their Riviera dress, it was just so stunning. But then, I decided to treat myself and bought two dresses in the sale, and I was so disappointed because they both tore straight away under my arms! They just couldn't handle me lifting my arms, you know? Plus, I got some black jeans from them that didn't even have a front zipper! Who even designs jeans like that? It's so frustrating! And let's not even start on the two pairs of jeans I ordered before Christmas - they were like they were made for a Barbie doll, they were so tiny! I'm starting to have some serious doubts about this brand now!
High quality sustainable items
I've bought quite a few things from this company and I must say, I've always been really impressed with the quality of the products. They use really good materials that wash well, so I know they're going to last me for ages. The deliveries have always been on time and the packaging is really well thought out and good for the environment. I love getting those regular updates from the company, it keeps me in the loop about where my orders are at. All in all, I'm super happy with my shopping experience and I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.

Firstly, the dress I got didn't fit well, so I had to send it back. Even though they said I would get a credit note, returning it was a hassle, and they said they hadn't got it back yet. After a long wait, I eventually got my refund, but then I didn't have much time left to find another dress. Plus, I paid extra for next day delivery on the replacement, but it's been more than a week, and I still haven't got it. This has been really stressful, and I had to order some backup options from a different shop. Despite paying for faster shipping, the tracking info says the dress hasn't even been sent out. I've tried to get help from customer service, but I haven't heard back yet. Overall, this whole thing has been really disappointing and inconvenient.
Curvy size dress
Oh my goodness, I was at work looking at a magazine, you know? And I saw this really cool TV host wearing a fabulous dress that I just had to get! So, I ordered it from a small company and can you believe they had it in my size! Yes! And then, I paid for next day delivery because I had a family party coming up, and the dress arrived just in time. When I tried it on, wow, I felt like a total fashion queen. The quality was amazing, but here's the gossip - I later discovered there was a sale going on and the dress was included. So, I emailed them to express that I was a bit disappointed as a new customer feeling left out. But guess what - they actually refunded me the difference! That's like the best customer service ever, don't you think?
Two Dresses
I was really pleased with the dresses I ordered from your website. Being a size 16, it can be tricky to find clothes that fit nicely and look good, but these dresses were spot on. First-time order, lovely dress
I just bought something from this shop for the first time and I have to say, I was really happy with the service. The dress I got came when they said it would and it was nice to get updates from both the company and Royal Mail about the delivery. The dress is really nice, although I did notice that the material is a bit see-through than I thought it would be. Also, the neckline is lower than it looked in the picture on the website so I might have to wear a camisole with it.
Woolfe dress
I've just bought a Woolfe dress from this company and I must say, they really impressed me. I was initially drawn in by their sustainable ethos and I wasn't let down. The dress arrived pretty quickly after I ordered it, but sadly, I had picked the wrong size. So, I contacted customer service for help and was greeted by a lovely and helpful person called Sofia. She sorted out the exchange process promptly and made sure I got the right size in a jiffy. The dress turned out to be even better quality than I expected and I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.
Late order delivery
My experience with this company has been incredibly frustrating. I placed an order and waited for a whole 8 days, but my items still haven't been shipped. What's even worse is the complete lack of communication from the company's end. I tried reaching out through WhatsApp, phone calls, and email, but I've been met with nothing but silence.
It's really disappointing that a company can't even bother to let its customers know about delays in shipping. If you're not able to fulfill orders, then you shouldn't be accepting them in the first place. Now I'm out of pocket with no idea of when or if I'll ever get my items. This level of disregard for customer service is just unacceptable, and I felt like I had to share my experience to warn others.Trouser purchase, attempted exchange
I ordered a couple pairs of trousers from this company in March, but they turned out to be too big for me. I tried to exchange them, but even after using the returns label they provided, I never got any confirmation from them. I've contacted them several times and they promised to send me new pairs, but it's already June and I still haven't received anything. I've basically lost over £100 and have nothing to show for it. I won't even be living at this address in June, so I won't get the trousers even if they eventually arrive. I'm really frustrated and asked for a full refund. It's a shame because the products seemed great and were good quality, and it's an eco-friendly brand.
