Threats of legal action for writing an honest negative review. I placed 2 orders via PayPal transactions, one for £27 and another £29. With regards to £29 order, after about 5 days of no tracking updates, I opened a dispute via PayPal. After I opened a dispute, the shop refunded me. I have to say that the items were available on web site but in reality, the shop didnt have them in stock. It constitutes misleading advertising. They knew and had known that the product wasnt available because they cancelled it in my first transaction as such. With regards to my first transaction of £27 , they modified my original order. Upon receipt of their email in this regard, I instantly replied with a request to cancel the whole modified order. They refused to cancel and shipped it anyway. The shipping documents list 2 items as per my original order while in fact the parcel contained only 1 item.
I used their shipping assistance link to request return to the sender. This assistance link provides no assistance and no response.
The threatens me with a legal action. I have provided absolurely all the evidence to PayPal, left an review on Trustpilot and Google reviews where I could attach the evidence incl emails from their legal department. It is absolutely the worse on-line experience in my long on-line shopping historyReliable pick, no fuss

Pleasantly surprised
solid and exactly what I'd used before. Felt proper relieved and pleased — value for money, honestly, and I'll keep buying.
Surprisingly reliable
I kept refreshing the tracking page for a few days, honestly. After reading a load of negative Trustpilot posts I was expecting the worst and even grabbed screenshots of each weight and tracking update — bit OTT but that was me. The courier delivered it a week earlier than the estimated date, and the item was very well packed so nothing was damaged. I tried it the same evening I unwrapped it; first impressions were solid, it worked exactly as described. I emailed customer service with a quick warranty question and they replied within a couple of days, concise and helpful. Delivery and support were reliable. I was nervous at first, but in the end relieved.
Morning relief
I only realised how pleased I was the morning after first use — my hair actually gleamed and felt rebuilt, not greasy. I needed something after months of harsh styling and a couple of poor products, and this Argan treatment did the trick. It arrived quickly to the UK, sturdily boxed in a glass bottle, so no leaks. Small relief, really; feels like I can skip other serums now, quite pleased actually.
Not worth the stress
avoid this company — the whole thing caused more hassle than the product was worth. I ordered a replacement mattress because my back's been playing up and I needed something quickly; I checked Trustpilot first but went ahead anyway, which I now regret. Within two hours of ordering I emailed asking them to cancel because the delivery window was far too long for my needs. They replied that the parcel had already been processed by PostNL so cancellation wasn't possible. I pointed out that it's not realistic for an internal transfer to be completed across countries in a couple of hours and asked for a refund. I said I'd flag them for ignoring consumer rights. Rather than deal with it they told me I was being threatening, said they'd ignore my emails and mentioned their legal team. That was frustrating — I wasn't aggressive, just insistent. Communication was poor, timescales vague and their tone was defensive. Price itself wasn't outrageous, but the way they handled the situation ruined it. If you have back issues or need a quick replacement, don't rely on them; it's stressful and you may have to push hard for a refund. I felt let down, a little anxious about the whole situation. Don't do what I did.
