Baby bicycle
I'm a new customer of Online4baby and I bought a baby bike. When it arrived, it was missing parts and some bits were broken. But, I have to say, the customer service was top-notch. They sorted it out quickly by sending me a fresh bike, no fuss. The bike is really good quality and my little one is over the moon with it. I'll definitely be going back to Online4baby for more stuff in the future.
The best buggy ever!
I've been looking all over the place for the perfect pram and I've finally found it here! Everywhere else seemed to be all sold out, but this website had it in stock and ready to ship really quickly. I'm absolutely delighted with my purchase.

2in1 puggle pram set
I've just ordered the 2in1 puggle pram set from this website. I have to say, I didn't realise it was on preorder, but we got the carry bag pretty quickly. The quality is really good, and I'm so excited to get the pram set. I'll definitely leave a review with some pictures when it comes.
Car seat purchase with ISOFIX base
I bought a car seat and ISOFIX base from this company, thinking it would keep my child safe. But when I got it and put it in my car, I was surprised to see there was no support leg. This is a big problem because all ISOFIX bases need a support leg for stability. The car seat was so wobbly that I could move it easily with one hand, which worried me a lot about my child's safety.

Oh wow, their customer service is absolutely amazing! I was a bit concerned that I made the wrong choice, so I decided to drop them an email. Can you believe it? They actually called me back within just 5 minutes! They sorted everything out and got my order sent out straight away. I am seriously impressed!
Really cool bunk beds for my room
These bunk beds are absolutely fantastic! I ordered them online, and they arrived really quickly as soon as they were back in stock. Baby pushchair purchase
I recently bought a baby pushchair online, but then I got an email the next day saying that it wouldn't arrive for another 2 months. My baby is due in 2 weeks so that just won't work for me. I asked for a refund right away, but I haven't heard back from their customer service team at all. I can't find a phone number to call, and my emails have been ignored. I'm still waiting for my refund and if they don't give it soon, I'll have to get legal help. I really don't recommend using their service, it's been a nightmare.
