Cool clothes with unicorns
I ordered these awesome clothes with unicorns on them, but they are taking ages to arrive. I placed the order on the 29th of May, and now it's the 5th of June, but still no sign of my parcel. I just can't wait to get my hands on those unicorn clothes!
Online purchase discrepancies
Recently, I bought something online and had a bit of bother with what I got. I ordered the same thing I'd bought before in a shop, but when the stuff turned up, it was the wrong size. So, I sent two of the items back but only got a refund for one. It was a letdown and made me feel a bit miffed about the whole shopping thing.

Leather-like jackets
I bought two jackets that look like leather and one was mysteriously refunded without any explanation, hence the 4-star rating. I had to contact them to find out what was going on, and it turns out the jacket was actually available so there was no need for the refund. They did apologise and gave me a 10% discount on my next order, which helped with the postage costs of reordering the jacket. The jackets themselves are perfect and just what I was looking for, so I will definitely be ordering from them again. Just remember to keep an eye on your payment method in case any refunds happen unexpectedly.
Tight waistcoat and short jeans
I bought this waistcoat and a pair of jeans, but they don't fit properly. Even when I tried a bigger size in the jeans, they're still too short. It's really annoying because the website didn't give very good size info, and now I have to pay to send it back. They should definitely give better guidance on sizing and lengths.
Coat purchase
I was a bit gutted when I realised the coat I got from the Next sale didn't fit, but thankfully I managed to find the same one at full price from ONLY. The coat was top-notch quality and I got loads of compliments when I wore it. The customer service was also really good, they helped me pick the right size and made the purchase process easy. I'll definitely be shopping there again!

I was well chuffed with how fast they replied to my order. The info they gave was spot on, making it dead easy to place my order. The delivery came quick as a flash, which was a nice little bonus. The prices were fair and I reckon I got bang for my buck. But, the only downside was the plastic packaging. I would've rather they used eco-friendly stuff like paper wrapping and tape. It'd be brill if they thought about this and switched to recyclable, compostable, or sustainable packaging materials.

High waist denim
The high-waisted denim I bought looked really nice in the pictures online and I have to admit, in person, it did not disappoint in terms of style and fit. But I was really let down by the quality of the denim. I paid quite a bit for it and was expecting better quality and durability. On top of that, there were some noticeable damages in certain areas which was really disheartening.
