Comfortable adjustable bed
Oh my goodness, I am just so impressed with how fantastic this company is! We were on the lookout for an adjustable bed for my grandma, who struggles to get comfortable because of her health issues. It was quite a headache trying to find the right one, but we came across this company and they were absolutely wonderful. They guided us in selecting the perfect bed, patiently working with us until we got it just right. Classic profiling bed and Serene mattress
I bought a Classic profiling bed and a Serene mattress from the new showroom in High Wycombe recently. Billy, who helped me out, was really knowledgeable and attentive, providing good advice. The only hiccup was that the delivery was a bit delayed, but I didn't mind once the bed arrived. Dwaine and Lukasz were a great help during the installation and removal of my old bed, they handled everything smoothly and efficiently. The bed and mattress are top quality and have lived up to my expectations perfectly. I would definitely recommend both the product and the company for their excellent customer service.
A new bed
I recently bought a new bed from a fantastic shop. I phoned them and spoke to a really helpful lady called Chelsea who was a star. She made the whole process super easy for me. I then placed my order online without any hassle. The delivery team were great, they let me know when they were coming and they arrived right on schedule. They even took away my old bed and set up the new one in no time. I'm over the moon with my new bed, it's really comfortable and fits perfectly in my room. I would definitely recommend my friends to get their beds from this shop too!
Adjustable bed for my father
I bought an adjustable bed for my dad due to health reasons but sadly he passed away before it got delivered. I got in touch with the company to let them know, and the courier took the bed back without any problems, even though it was set to arrive the next day. I contacted their customer service on Monday and they were really understanding and sympathetic. They sorted out a full refund for me promptly, which I was really grateful for. Despite the sad situation, I was really impressed with how efficient and professional the team at Opera Beds were.
Bed purchase
The beds from Opera Beds are absolutely beautiful and so comfortable, I have to tell you. But, my whole experience was a bit spoiled by a few problems. Firstly, the communication on the chat through the website was really good, all my questions were answered quickly and in detail. It was impressive and I decided to make my order, but then I was told later on that an important part was actually out of stock. They didn't say this on the website, so now I have to wait over a month for the missing part to come. To make things worse, I even paid for the most expensive shipping, and the bed ended up arriving late. And the delivery time was off, it came an hour later than planned. On a positive note, the people who came to put the bed together were professional and knew exactly what they were doing, getting it done quickly and giving clear instructions. But, unfortunately, an extra accessory I ordered still hasn't arrived, and I'm a bit frustrated at the lack of communication about it.
Mattress purchase for recuperate care
After taking some time to recover, I thought I'd treat myself to a new mattress and came across this amazingly comfy one. It's firm but also nice and soft, giving me just the right mix for a decent night's sleep. I've got a Tempur mattress at the moment, but I reckon this one from Opera Beds might actually be even comfier.
