from a distance it looks fine, keeps the core warm, but the fabric feels thin, seams are a bit sloppy; zip sticks sometimes and pockets shallow. Delivery was painfully slow and tracking vague. Returns are a nightmare — you pay postage and fees, no return label provided, and customer replies are short and not helpful. The models used online don't match what arrived. Not perfect, but serviceable.
Not perfect, but straightforward return
I’m in the UK and bought two coats within a few days — one fitted so tight I could barely button it, the other huge and swallowed me. In use they felt okay (nice lining, pockets in the right place) but the sizing was off. Return was approved fast, about a day, which was a relief. I packed them up and sent them by Royal Mail; delivery to their Nottingham warehouse meant I wasn’t sending stuff back to China (that was my worry). I had to pay the return postage myself, but two days after the warehouse scan both refunds landed. No drama, but fix the sizing.
