hinge bracket holes line up so screws clash unless you offset them, so expect a bit of fiddling or pay extra for matching posts. Delivery arrived on time, so all in all pleased.
Wrong coat, odd review setup
I almost didn't click buy because the photos on the site looked vague and the descriptions were a bit off — that nagging doubt was fair. When the parcel arrived it was a perfectly fine, warm coat, just not the one I picked. I wanted the lined interior and a plain hood, but what turned up had fur trim around the hood and the lining felt different. I took photos and compared them, and it's clear they sent the wrong item. The website itself is confusing and I couldn't find any way to leave feedback about the product or the seller — odd, given the big banner of "reviews" on their page. I've had clean experiences elsewhere, so this felt sloppy rather than malicious. I'm relieved the coat's wearable, just annoyed I didn't get what I ordered.
Misleading stock info
plans delayed, time wasted, and no clear updates. I'd have liked at least a quick chat or refund; small things, but they matter.
Patio peace at last
I needed proper decking after a house move — my mum's knees made the steps a nightmare, so I was desperate for something sturdy. I realised I was pleased through the install when the fitter stopped, checked every board and listened to my questions. The team were patient on the phone (Ellie was calm and helpful), not flawless — a tiny scratch showed up — but it does the job.
Refund finally, but late
I wasn't sure until I saw the money back. They took payment after telling me the decking was in stock and that it could be delivered straightaway. A week passed with no goods, so I cancelled, another week went by with no refund and I phoned them — got the usual apologies and a timescale. Nearly three weeks later the refund appeared and that's when I actually felt satisfied. I’ve had better from other suppliers, but I was pleasantly surprised they eventually sorted it without dragging it out further.

one clamp arrived faulty, I rang Outdoor Look and they sent a replacement without any argument, next day delivery. So yeah, glad I chose them, just double-check your sizes and photos before fitting.
Size 5 Skechers
I bought a pair of Skechers in size 5 from this company recently, even though I usually wear a size 4.5. The shoes got to me pretty fast, but unfortunately, they were too big. I had a bit of a tough time trying to understand how to return them on their website, but thankfully, there was a returns label with the trainers. I sent the shoes back, paid for postage myself, but had no problem getting a full refund. In the end, I was happy with how everything turned out and would think about ordering from them again sometime.
Outdoor gear
I recently ordered some wonderful outdoor gear last week and I was really pleased with how fast it arrived! I placed my order on Wednesday and they posted it out the same day. It got to me just in time for the weekend on Friday. The postage was £3.99, which I reckon is reasonable as they used Royal Mail for delivery, so it wasn't too pricey. Also, the items I bought were nearly half the price compared to other retailers I've checked out. This company is fantastic, I can't fault them at all!
Two men's padded jackets on sale
I bought two men's padded jackets on sale from Outdoor Look recently, thinking I was getting a good deal. But I soon found out they weren't really suitable because they didn't have proper venting. This made me sweat a lot whenever I tried to exercise. In my view, these jackets are really low quality and not even worth the reduced price.

I recently bought a jacket online, it's called the Regatta Okara, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! The delivery speed was insane, didn't have to wait long at all. When I unboxed it, the jacket looked just like the picture online and it fitted me like a glove. I was over the moon because sometimes items can look different in person, but not this time! And the best part is, it was a bargain, much cheaper than other places I checked. All in all, I would definitely recommend this store, top-notch service!
Ski jacket and trousers
I've just got my ski jacket and trousers delivered from Outdoor Look, and I have to admit, I'm quite happy with what I've got. They arrived quickly, actually quicker than I expected. The only little problem I had was with the trousers - they were marked as XL but fit more like a size smaller. Not a big deal for me, but something to bear in mind for next time. Salopettes purchase
I was a bit nervous about making a purchase from here at first because of some negative reviews I saw, but I thought I'd take a chance. I ended up ordering two pairs of salopettes since I wasn't sure about the size. They arrived really quickly and fit perfectly! I returned the other size using the free returns process and received a refund through PayPal in no time. The communication via email was great and I didn't even have to speak to anyone. I don't understand why some people don't like this place!
Ski jacket purchase
