Tried it on and the relief hit me — fit was spot on, nice shape. Only gripe is the length; at 5'5" it sits just above my knee. Glad I bought it though, really.
Jumper didn't show
Was expecting a jumper for brisk dog walks and school runs. Chose home delivery then switched to West St Leonard's post office — parcel never arrived and customer service replies were slow, which is annoying.
Saved at the last minute
Halfway through packing for a friend’s wedding after a chaotic move, I realised I still needed a dress and was sceptical ordering abroad. Delivery arrived exactly when they said, and customer service answered my daft questions. Design’s lovely, fabric not perfect, but happy overall.
Wasn't sure at first
I hesitated before buying a couple of ribbed jumpers — feared pilling or shrinkage. After many washes they're still smart; a loose stitch showed up, but overall very durable. Would recommend.
Good fit, shaky delivery
Halfway through a hectic Tuesday I opened the parcel; the dress fits nicely and I've already worn it to a mate's birthday and to work. Customer service were actually helpful — a rep called Mary replied promptly and chatted like a proper personal shopper. Delivery was slower than I hoped and packaging a bit battered, but overall a decent buy, quite pleased.
Not what I ordered but oddly useful
soft, a bit heavier than expected and quite comfy, so I put it on to nip to the shops straight away. First impression was annoyance, then a strange little win because it sits nicely, a bit loose round the waist but in a good way. Tried to return it and the label was addressed to a “chocolate factory” — really — so, well, I didn’t bother chasing. Frustrating service, but usable top.
Playsuit purchase
I bought a playsuit from this company recently, and I have to say, I've never had such trouble with sizing before. Even though I got the right size based on their chart, the playsuit was way too small. I had to send it back once and ended up with two of the same playsuits because of the sizing issue. The linen fabric was lovely quality, but it wasn't great for those with a bigger bust. The material had no stretch, so I couldn't zip up the playsuit on my own.
Jumper Purchase
I bought some jumpers from an online shop recently and I have to say, I'm really happy with the quality. Ordering was easy and the delivery came when expected. I really like the jumpers - I've got a few in different colours. They not only look good, but they also wash well and keep their shape, which is important to me. Ribbed jumpers purchase
I've bought some ribbed jumpers from this store that are just great. They're really good quality, the material is strong but also really soft on the skin, so they're super comfy to wear. The fit is great too - they show off all the right bits while still having a relaxed look. I reckon these jumpers are good for any weather, so they're now a key part of my wardrobe. I've been so impressed by how good they are that I keep buying more in different colours.
Well made blouse, sleeves too big
The blouse is made really well and the fabric is lovely. But, the sleeves are too big and long for me. I had to use sleeve garters to keep them up, which was a bit of a hassle. I chose white because I needed that colour, but I think it would look even better in other colours.

Pink V neck ribbed sweater purchase
I absolutely love the pink V neck ribbed sweater I bought from this store. It's amazing quality and fits me perfectly. Clothing item
I bought a piece of clothing from this company not long ago, and while it was easy to order and the quality was good, it just didn't look right on me when it arrived. So, I had to send it back. Returning it was easy enough, but I was a bit miffed to see that I only got back £46.01 out of the £54.50 I paid. Even with the postage deduction, it seems like they took a bit too much.
