The clothes are really nice – they look expensive, feel well-made, and fit me perfectly. The styles are exactly what I wanted: classy, elegant, and sophisticated. However, I was a bit annoyed with having to pay so much for return shipping from the US. It's a shame because it meant I had to keep something that I wasn't totally happy with. I'd suggest taking a good look at the pictures and descriptions before you buy anything to make sure you don't end up feeling let down.
Ribbed jumper purchase
I just wanted to say a big thank you to the technical team for sorting out a problem I had. Thanks to them, I was able to buy a gorgeous lilac ribbed jumper. I've already got two v-neck jumpers from your store in different colours that I absolutely love because they're such great quality and fit perfectly. I can't wait to buy more of your stylish clothes for my wardrobe this spring.

Wow, these clothes are fab! They fit really well and the designs are top-notch. I reckon I could wear them forever and always stay stylish.
Clothing item
I bought a piece of clothing from this company not long ago, and while it was easy to order and the quality was good, it just didn't look right on me when it arrived. So, I had to send it back. Returning it was easy enough, but I was a bit miffed to see that I only got back £46.01 out of the £54.50 I paid. Even with the postage deduction, it seems like they took a bit too much.
Ribbed knitwear purchase
I have to say, my time with this company has been absolutely brilliant. When I ordered their ribbed knitwear, I was really impressed by how well they looked after me. Jumpers
During my first visit to the store, I called them up on the telephone, and I have to say, the staff were really friendly and welcoming. They gave me loads of details about the brand, which made it easier for me to choose. The jumpers I bought were absolutely gorgeous and really well-made; I now own 6 of them! I'm grateful for all the help I got in picking the right jumpers and even trying out a different colour instead of my usual black. All in all, it was a great shopping trip.
Stretched sweater
I was really disappointed with the quality of the V-neck ribbed sweater I recently purchased. I've been a fan of this brand for a long time and have bought many sweaters from them, but this one just didn't meet my expectations.

Ribbed jumper in multiple colours
I've just bought the ribbed jumper in lots of colours from this website and I have to say, I'm really pleased with the service. Browsing the site was easy, which made ordering super quick and smooth. The jumper itself is really good quality and I love that it comes in loads of different colours. I've got four now and they're great for any time of year. You can dress them up for a fancy look or wear them more casually. Stick on a scarf and you're good to head out.
