Paco Rabanne Fame perfume
I ordered Paco Rabanne perfume from Peacocks on 29th November and asked where the order was a week later only to be told that the conditions I'd signed up to said that it would take up to 7 working days to process and 2 further to deliver. After 11 working days I asked again where it was and was told they were very busy and short staffed but it was in a queue. After 3 weeks I asked again and was told that 'due to logistical reasons' they couldn't deliver my order but would reimburse me eventually. If this hopeless outfit had told me at the outset that they weren't up to the task I might have been able to source the product from a reliable outlet in time for Christmas!

I recently picked up some perfume from this great store and it was absolutely brilliant! The perfume was really inexpensive and arrived super fast, which was fantastic. The customer service was top-notch and I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience for perfume. The item was also beautifully packaged. Dress
I recently bought a dress from this shop and ended up putting the wrong delivery address by mistake. I quickly sent them an email and they got back to me straightaway, sorting out the address without any issues. The dress arrived on schedule and was in excellent condition. I'll certainly be telling my friends about this store. The prices were good as well, so overall a great experience.

I thought the website was really easy to navigate and the prices were brilliant - probably the best I've come across! I ended up purchasing some adorable tops and I was over the moon with them. Dunhill Icon EDP
I've been searching around for ages for Dunhill Icon EDP refills and I eventually came across them at Peacock Bazaar. They had just the right deal with two refills and a container included. It was exactly what I was after and I'm thrilled I stumbled upon it here. The package was spot on and the delivery time was decent, so I didn't have to wait too long to get my refills. All in all, it was a fantastic shopping experience at Peacock Bazaar.

I am really disappointed with my recent purchase from this place. I ordered a lovely dress, but was sent the wrong item instead. What's even worse is that I have contacted them several times about this problem but have not received any response or solution yet. The lack of customer service is really irritating and not at all acceptable. I was expecting much better from a company like this.
Birthday gift order
I ordered a birthday gift on the 28th of May and it's now the 3rd of June but I still haven't got my order. There's been no update on shipping or tracking. I've sent them several emails but haven't heard back. I really hope it arrives in time for the birthday.

Even though I received the wrong item, I have to say the customer service was amazing. They dealt with my problem quickly and went above and beyond my expectations.
