I was hesitant buying a perfume from them for a Christmas present — bad timing, but I needed it. It never arrived; in January they said out of stock and promised a refund. Still waiting, still nothing. Disappointed, annoyed.
Long wait, mixed feelings
By the time I phoned, months had passed and I’d almost given up — the delay and cancelled order were infuriating. A mate had recommended them, so I’m glad they finally processed the refund, though service was patchy.
Still waiting, a bit gutted
I never got the item (Christmas, then February) so haven't even used it — which is annoying because I pictured how comfy and solid it would feel. Spent ages imagining it in daily use, but it's just been emails and waiting for a refund. I'd tell mates to think twice.
That refund that never showed
I almost didn't buy this because the site seemed dodgy. I went ahead though. Two months passed with no refund after returning an item. I chased them three times by email. No proper replies. Still waiting now. Seems careless, not what I hoped for when I ordered.
Bit of a faff
Honestly, surprisingly I ordered a Christmas present in late December because I needed something for my dad, and only when I chased did they email to say it had been cancelled. Five months on I'm still asking for a refund, which is frustrating, but pricing was fair and their replies were sometimes helpful, just slow, I'm a bit gutted.

Half hopeful, surprisingly refunded
I had real doubts before I clicked buy — it was meant to be a handy bit of kit for my daily commute so I was wary about ordering from a newer site. Left hanging and a bit annoyed
Halfway through January I was still checking my order status and thinking, surely this will sort itself out — except it didn’t. I ordered a little £8 spray in November because the price was right and the pics promised a light, fresh mist. The annoying thing is I never even got to try it, so I can’t honestly say how it feels on the skin; from the description it sounded fine, a subtle scent, not overpowering, and the sort of spritz you’d use every day. Instead I got a string of promises about refunds and delays, then silence. I’d like to believe the product would’ve been decent, but the whole buying experience left a bad taste. If you’re tempted, maybe phone first or be prepared for delays — and keep an eye on refunds. A shame, because it could have been a handy little buy.
Sorted, but not smooth
I spotted this on a mate's Instagram and, well, decided to order. Things went a bit odd — an email on Christmas Day saying they couldn't deliver and they'd refund me. Followed up several times, got the usual 'Shopify' excuse, and I honestly thought it was gone. Then, a couple of weeks later, the refund landed. Dress
I recently bought a dress from this shop and ended up putting the wrong delivery address by mistake. I quickly sent them an email and they got back to me straightaway, sorting out the address without any issues. The dress arrived on schedule and was in excellent condition. I'll certainly be telling my friends about this store. The prices were good as well, so overall a great experience.

I thought the website was really easy to navigate and the prices were brilliant - probably the best I've come across! I ended up purchasing some adorable tops and I was over the moon with them. The whole shopping process was fantastic, I received my order confirmation straight away which was pretty cool.
Dunhill Icon EDP
I've been searching around for ages for Dunhill Icon EDP refills and I eventually came across them at Peacock Bazaar. They had just the right deal with two refills and a container included. It was exactly what I was after and I'm thrilled I stumbled upon it here. The package was spot on and the delivery time was decent, so I didn't have to wait too long to get my refills. All in all, it was a fantastic shopping experience at Peacock Bazaar.

Dress purchase
I am really disappointed with my recent purchase from this place. I ordered a lovely dress, but was sent the wrong item instead. What's even worse is that I have contacted them several times about this problem but have not received any response or solution yet. The lack of customer service is really irritating and not at all acceptable. I was expecting much better from a company like this.
Birthday gift order
I ordered a birthday gift on the 28th of May and it's now the 3rd of June but I still haven't got my order. There's been no update on shipping or tracking. I've sent them several emails but haven't heard back. I really hope it arrives in time for the birthday.
