The negative review is for the company, more than the mirror. There is a scratch in the silvering about 1.5cm long, which I didn't see when I first opened the parcel (which had arrived a day late).
The electrician came and installed it and noticed it, so I contacted Pebble Grey (twice I'd emailed and their support email address didn't work, with automatic emails telling me to contact the same address I'd just used!). I got a response eventually through Facebook, but they were particularly unhelpful and said I should never have accepted it if it was damaged and that they could replace it after 10th September when it would be back in stock (but I'd have to pay £65 again to get it fitted) or I could send it back (having cost me £65 to fit it originally).
Even if they'd just apologised and offered a small amount of compensation, I would have been happy. I spent £150 on an item which is damaged, but I definitely won't make the mistake of ordering from them again.
Plenty of companies with similar mirrors but better customer service.
