the bra itself does the job, but dealing with the company was the annoying bit. I needed a better bra because my back's been playing up after lifting boxes during the move, so I used an electronic gift card to buy one. The fit is alright, comfy enough, but I can't track my order and I have no idea if the gift card was actually charged — no clear balance, nothing. Every email reply feels like it's from a bot, no proper customer service and no phone number to try. I did spend time Googling and poking around, tried to follow up, same canned responses. So yeah, product okay, process messy and a bit cold.
Solid basics, few hiccups
I ordered a bunch of basics and, overall, it's been fine. Delivery was actually straightforward — tracking worked and parcels arrived when they said, though one box was a bit squashed and the courier left it with a neighbour, so I had to chase it up. Customer service is clear about refunds and returns; they answer sensibly and the policy is easy to follow, which helps if colours or fits aren't quite right. Fit is generally true to size. Colours, especially skin tones, can differ from the pictures. Items held up for years — six? seven? — and only in the last year, after heavy use, began to fray.
Supima mornings and the odd annoying wire
two Supima wirefree, a couple of Limitless scoop wirefree, a few T-shirt ones for warmer days and the odd lift-up or strapless for when I dress up. First impression was relief — finally something that fits without digging in. Biggest plus is honestly the Supima; it breathes and doesn’t feel like battle armour by lunchtime. On the flip side, I do find underwires start to annoy me after a few hours, so the “classic” and some lift-ups aren’t my go-tos. The strapless is fine for short events but needs fiddling, and I reckon I could tweak the Zero-G sizing a bit. All in all I’m glad I found them — clothes fit better, I feel more confident, so happy it worked out.
A return that turned into a faff
I actually liked these bits at first — they slotted into my weekday routine without much fuss, the kind of thing you reach for when rushing out the door or for something simple in the evening. The fabric felt soft, not scratchy, and they held up through a few washes. Colours didn’t fade and the seams stayed tidy.
So when I decided to return two items from the same order it felt straightforward — the site made two labels, but I bunged both pieces into one parcel because same order, same box, less faff. That’s where it went sideways. One refund came through after a few weeks, the other never did. The company keep saying they haven’t got the missing item in their warehouse, and every reply is the same line — plus an awkward link at the bottom to buy more stuff (no thanks). I’ve emailed several times; answers repeat, time passes, and I’m left thinking the item vanished in transit or in their system. It’s irritating, because the product itself was fine and I’d have bought again if aftercare wasn’t so rubbish. I just want my money back, not marketing. Avoid the returns maze.Community kept me coming back, site less so
real people sharing tips, odd bargains, warnings, that kind of thing. It felt like a proper crowd helping each other, and that’s why I stayed. But the site itself has slowly become more about nudging you into the app and squeeze-earning from every click. For example, I tried to open a deal on my phone and it insisted on shunting me to the app store rather than just showing the link. You end up jumping through hoops when you just want the URL. Also, a fair few of the crew-shared deals seem to be profit-driven — not illegal or anything, but sometimes from brands I’d never heard of, and I worry about buying a suspiciously cheap 100W charger; you know, safety and all that. I miss the old grid view on a desktop where you could skim dozens of deals at once; now there’s a long list and you scroll forever, which feels intentional — longer visit, more chance they get a cut. Notifications used to be sensible — you could set a threshold for when an alert pops up — now it's either immediate spam or nothing, so you miss the good stuff or get loads of junk. All that said, I’m glad the community still saves the experience. I actually bought something useful and it arrived fine, so I'm relieved it wasn't a disaster. So mixed feelings: grateful it worked out for my immediate need, but disappointed with the direction the site is taking. Hoping they listen to users again, because the people make it worth using, not the slick monetisation.
Almost there, not quite
acceptable; performance: underwhelming. Returns for Canada apparently exist, theoretically, but trying to actually contact customer service was a bit of a nightmare. Worse, some items turned out to be 'final sale' only after I requested a return — not listed clearly at checkout or in the confirmation. I ended up with three final-sale items without being made aware. That lack of transparency and the radio-silence from support is what seals the deal for me. If you're curious and really need the sizing, maybe give them a go, but keep expectations low and take screenshots of everything at purchase. A shame, because the no-gap fit was promising.
