Haircut at the salon
During my visit to the salon for the "hair 4 heroes" program for NHS staff, I had a brilliant experience. Emma, the stylist, was really friendly and knew her stuff. She gave me a great new hairstyle that I love. The salon was clean and everyone there was welcoming and professional. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone who wants a top-quality experience.
Haircut and colour at a salon in Great Portland St.
I've been coming to this salon on Great Portland Street for about eight years now, and I have to say, it's the best. I've lived in a few different places, so finding a salon with stylists who really know their stuff when it comes to layers and style is super important to me. Andrew, in particular, is amazing at creating gorgeous layers every time I see him. The whole vibe of the salon is just spot on, so every visit is like a treat. Honestly, I can't recommend this place highly enough if you're after top-quality hair services.
Scalp soothing shampoo
I recently bought a scalp-soothing shampoo from this brand to help with my itchy, flaky scalp. It cost me a hefty £23 per bottle, but I was really disappointed with the results. When I used the shampoo, it totally dried out my hair, making it feel crunchy and fragile. On top of that, my scalp got even itchier than before, which was a real shame as I had switched to more natural products to avoid that exact problem. It seemed like all the progress I'd made in improving my hair's health over the last 6 months had been undone in just one wash with this shampoo. I definitely won't be using this product again and I'm not sure I want to try anything else from this range. It's a shame that the high price didn't match the quality of the product - it seems like they were more focused on packaging than actual effectiveness. I'm interested to see how the customer service team will handle this.
Hair serum purchase
I've been looking for the perfect hair serum ever since they stopped selling my favourite one from a well-known hairdresser. I've tried loads of different brands and products, but nothing seemed to match up to what I was after. After hunting high and low, I eventually found the perfect serum that gives me the same results as my old favourite. I'm over the moon with my purchase!
