So there I was, tea cooling, about to use my new monogrammed mug when I spotted the wrong initials. I emailed them (a bit annoyed), and they replied straight away, apologised and offered a refund or replacement. They immediately posted a replacement and it turned up sooner than I expected — even had a tiny note, which made me smile. Will use them again for everyday stuff.
Left empty-handed
Needed a personalised ornament for a colleague's leaving present. Ordered three weeks ago and paid at checkout. The site looked fine and the customiser worked, so I expected it to arrive. Item never shipped. No replies to emails or messages. Order still shows unfulfilled. I kept chasing and ended up without a gift at short notice. It's disappointing and I'll not risk ordering here again.
Soft but badly timed
Booked a personalised blanket because my grandson's birthday was looming and our old one was tatty, so I thought it'd be a nice surprise. It arrived ages late (much later than they said) which was frustrating, but when it finally got here the fabric was actually soft and cosy and the print looked OK. He wrapped up in it straight away at the party, so I was relieved. Still, their slow replies and delivery put me off ordering from them again.
