Halfway through a messy afternoon of troubleshooting the automatic litter box, I understood we were going to be alright — that's when satisfaction kicked in. I followed the help articles and tried the usual fixes, which didn't do much, so I emailed customer care. They replied within two working days and offered a replacement base at no charge. It arrived quickly, fitted straight away and the machine runs like new; no need to replace the whole thing and the cats are calm again. I’ve had slower, less helpful service elsewhere, so this felt refreshingly efficient. Grateful they sorted it so cleanly — really pleased with that overall, indeed.
