the print quality was fine, colours looked natural, so that part pleased me. But annoyingly two previous projects vanished after an update and delivery was sloppy, left on the ground floor of my block. Not terrible, but not rock solid either.
Decent for a quick fix
Halfway through unpacking the parcel I actually felt relieved — the cards were the right design and family photo looked fine. I’d started using them this Christmas and they arrived quickly, which mattered. First glance the paper felt thin, the print a bit muted and one fold wasn't quite straight, so they're not perfect. Still, overall, for what I needed (simple personalised cards) they did the job and guests seemed to like them enough.
Nice book, bad timing
I spotted one of these photobooks at my sister's house a few weeks back and she wouldn't shut up about how lovely it felt, so I ordered one and paid extra for delivery on 10 January. It did eventually turn up — about a week late — which meant I missed the reunion it was meant for. The paper and binding are actually really nice, thick pages, colours look good, so it's not like the product itself is rubbish. It's just infuriating when you pay for a specific date and customer support shrugs and offers nothing. Left me annoyed, quite disappointing, really, and I won't risk this again.
