I expected the usual greenwash, having seen that elsewhere, but the recycled materials do seem genuine. The jewellery feels well made too. Just wish they’d ditch the plastic packaging eventually.

It arrived when they said it would, which is honestly half the battle. I started using it that evening and liked it straight away. Customer service replied quickly to a small question too. Pretty pleased with the whole thing.

One earring arrived missing a part, which was a bit annoying at first. I wear Pilgrim earrings most days for work, so I contacted them straight away. They sent a replacement quickly and it’s lovely. Honestly, the helpful service made a real difference.
Mid-move limbo
Booked this because we were mid-move and my back couldn't take another night on a saggy mattress, so I needed it fast. Still no sign of the order, which is annoying — they told me there's a processing delay. It feels sloppy to ask for a review when it's not sent, but the rep was surprisingly friendly and gave a vague ETA. Hoping it turns up soon.
Simple, useful bits
neat, shiny and easy to wear. Delivery took a bit longer than I hoped and customer service was slow to reply, but overall pleased. Would buy again, though service could improve.
Small-but-great find
I was halfway convinced I’d waste money — flicking between sites and thinking, do I really need more jewellery? Turns out my doubts dissolved as soon as the parcel arrived. Items look exactly like the photos, feel robust, and I wear them more than I thought I would. I’d had a couple of cheap pieces from other shops that went dull, so I’m especially chuffed this hasn’t. Nice that it’s Danish too — feels a bit more thoughtful than the mass stuff.
