Camping gear
I recently got some camping gear from this shop and their website made it super easy to find everything I needed. The prices were fair and they had all the stuff I was after. If I had any issues, they were sorted out pretty quickly. All in all, this company is fab!
Survival gear purchase
I was really let down by this company. The stuff I got was really poor quality and not what I was hoping for. And to top it off, the customer service was just terrible - rude and not at all helpful. It was pretty clear they didn't have much professionalism or courtesy. To make things even worse, the delivery was late and some of the things were out of date. All in all, I was really disappointed with the whole experience and won't be using them again.
Items ordered for prepping
My first impressions were good because their website looked well-designed and they had a strong presence on social media. I decided to make a purchase and was eagerly waiting for my items to arrive. However, after not hearing anything for about a week, I started to get a bit impatient. When I finally reached out to ask about my order, they got back to me and apologised for the delays caused by a surge in orders. While I appreciate the explanation, I do expect better communication and quicker processing times. I am still hopeful that the products will be as good as the positive reviews once they finally arrive. I will think about giving a higher rating in my review if the items meet my expectations.

I recently bought some tactical gear from Preppers Shop and I must say, I had a really good experience. I placed my order online, but unfortunately, one of the items I chose was out of stock. I was happy with how fast they responded and how easy it was to make changes to my order.
Once I picked a replacement item, my order was sent out right away, and I got an email from Preppers letting me know it was on its way. The communication during the whole process was really clear and efficient, which I thought was great. I was really impressed with how professional and polite the people at Preppers were, they made me feel like a valued customer.
I can't praise the service I got from Preppers enough. Everything from when I placed my order to when I got my gear was done with care and great customer service. Because of this positive experience, I will definitely be shopping with them again in the future.Ammo box and paint
I popped into that shop the other day and bought myself an ammo box and some paint. All in all, I was pretty chuffed with what I got. The ammo box was spot on, just like they said it would be and the quality was top-notch. The only gripe I had was that it took a whole week to get dispatched, which was a bit annoying. But the staff were really helpful and kept me in the loop the whole time. The paint I bought had a bit of peeling on the big ammo box, but I just sorted it out with a wire brush and a quick spritz of spray paint.

I bought this really awesome titanium camping cookware set for my upcoming camping trip. But you know what? It never actually turned up! I sent loads of emails to the manager asking when it would arrive, and all they kept saying was that it was coming from Germany. But, it never showed up! Luckily, PayPal came through for me and made them refund me. In the end, I bought the same set from a different shop and received it with no problems at all. So, if you're thinking of shopping from that store, make sure to use PayPal or eBay to keep yourself safe!

Don't bother with other places, Preppers Shop is definitely the best! Just gave them a quick ring, placed my order easily, and before you know it, my survival gear was on its way. Polly was fantastic, she gave me a discount code which made the whole experience a breeze. The delivery was super quick, and the products were really top quality. No need to search around, Preppers Shop has everything you need.

I recently purchased a really cool backpack, an extremely sharp knife, and a water purifier from this shop, and I have to say, they are all absolutely fantastic! Prepper Shop has a great selection of affordable tactical gear that you won't easily find anywhere else. However, my experience was a bit disappointing because they didn't give me reliable delivery information. Even though their prices are good and the service is okay, the problem is with their delivery times. It's a shame that they often don't stick to the estimated delivery dates, meaning I've had delays of up to 2 weeks from when I expected my stuff to arrive. This lack of clear and consistent delivery dates can be really annoying for customers who need their items quickly. On top of that, they could do better at keeping customers updated on their order status for a smoother shopping experience.
