Dress and accessories
I recently bought a dress and some accessories from an online shop. Even though the stuff I got was good quality and what I wanted, the whole process of ordering, delivery, and customer service let me down a bit. I picked express shipping hoping to get my order quickly, but it actually took longer than I thought. And then, to make it worse, I had to pay unexpected custom fees when the items arrived, which was annoying because I'd already paid for express shipping. The customer service wasn't great either – they took ages to reply to my messages and didn't give me clear updates on my order. They did offer to refund the delivery fee and give me a discount code for future purchases, which was nice, but the whole experience was spoiled by all these problems.
Good wears
I wanted to go to a party which I was invited to two months ago. I couldn't find a suitable dress to wear and I didn't want to look too formal to the party like I was an office assignment. I wasn't opportuned to go shop at these physical fashion stores because of the workload before me so I felt I could shop online for my type of dress.i got to know about Princess Polly as one of the famous fashion companies through a counterpart, not even a colleague of mine. She introduced me to tbe fashion store and told me I could get whatever I wanted on their website when it came to female fashion. And true to her words, I got what I wanted and they delivered the dress to me for free. Such a nice gesture.The dress was so nice and so beautiful I literally swooned over it. I've resolved to get more of these dresses from them. I won't have to worry myself about going on a shopping tour. Princess Polly is really nice and sophisticated
