I bought some clothes recently and I have to say, I'm really pleased with them. The sizes were spot on, which was a nice surprise compared to other online shops where I usually have a hard time finding the right fit. The prices were fair, especially for the quality of the clothes. I was impressed by how well-made they were. Plus, the delivery was speedy, which is always a bonus when you're shopping online. All in all, I'm really happy with my latest buy.
My clothes came on time
My clothes parcel arrived right on time and everything fit me like a glove. The few bits that didn't quite fit were sent right back, and I got my refund back in my account just when they said I would.
Online order delay
I placed an order online not too long ago and I have to say, I was really let down by the service. The parcel didn't show up on time, and when I got in touch to see what was going on, the customer service team weren't much help at all. They weren't sympathetic and just told me to be patient and wait for it to arrive, even though it looked like it had gone missing. It's just not on, the lack of care and assistance they showed.
Beautiful store, amazing staff
I recently popped into that shop and I have to say, I was really impressed by the staff there. When I walked in, they greeted me so warmly and were really helpful. Demi, Tia, Annette, and Becki B were all so friendly and knew exactly what they were doing, which made shopping there a pleasure. The store itself was also really nice, with a modern and beautiful layout that made shopping even better. I would definitely suggest checking out this shop for a great shopping experience.
2 pairs of sandals
I recently ordered 2 pairs of sandals from this company and paid for delivery. Unfortunately, only 1 pair was delivered and I was not informed until I contacted them. I was disappointed with the lack of communication and feel that I should have been notified earlier about the stock issue.
Wide fit gold sandals
I bought a pair of lovely gold sandals from this shop not long ago. They were great in the front, but I was a bit let down when I realised the ankle straps were a tad short, making them not so comfy to wear. So I had to send them back, but the returns process was simple and stress-free. I got my money back super fast. All in all, I might give this shop another chance, but I'll definitely be more careful with the sizing next time.
Size discrepancy
I bought a dress from this place not long ago and, honestly, I was pretty gutted with the sizing. I normally go for a size 18, but this dress arrived and it was way too small for me. The material was lovely and the design was cute, but I just couldn't even wear it because of the sizing problem. It's annoying, you know, when you order something in your usual size and it turns out to be completely off.
Prom dress shopping
I had such a great time finding a prom dress at this store. The staff at the Westfield's shop were really lovely and helpful, but Sophie at the Lakeside store was amazing. She went the extra mile to help us, searching for dresses in other locations, looking through the stockroom, and suggesting different options. Sophie really made the whole experience fun for my daughter's friend, and we're so thankful for her excellent customer service. Thank you, Sophie!

Amazing shoes for my cousin's wedding
These shoes were absolutely amazing! They looked really nice and fit perfectly for my cousin's wedding. The colour was perfect, and wearing them made me feel like a fashion queen. On top of that, they arrived really quickly and were a great price. I'm so excited to wear them again!
Sandals purchase
I bought a pair of sandals that I really liked, they were exactly what I wanted. The delivery was fast, but it was a bit of a hassle having to reorder just to get an exchange instead of being able to do a straightforward return. Personally, I think it would be better if they gave refunds for items that don't fit well instead of just offering credit notes.
Pale blue bag for a wedding
I popped into one of their shops looking for a pale blue bag for a wedding, but unfortunately, they didn't have it in stock. The staff were really friendly, especially considering my lack of tech skills. They kindly offered to search online for me and ended up ordering it with next day delivery. When it arrived, it was spot on - exactly what I had in mind!
Size 16 summer dress purchase
I bought a size 16 summer dress online the other day, but it turned out to be way too small when my daughter, who usually wears a size 10, tried it on. It felt more like a size 8, so I think maybe the wrong label got stuck on it by mistake. But I did like that the dress arrived promptly and that returning it to the shop for a refund was easy and quick.
Short return window
The return policy at this store is just ridiculous. It's unbelievable that they only give you 14 days to return items when most other shops give you at least 28 days. It's really frustrating and has definitely made me not want to shop here again in the future.
Lovely products, poor service
I popped into a store the other day to check out some new stuff, and although the items themselves were great, I was pretty let down by the service I got. The person who helped me didn't seem bothered and hardly even noticed me. Even when I tried to chat and be nice, they just stayed quiet and didn't really help me out. I felt pretty annoyed and unappreciated as a customer because of the lack of attention and support. It's a shame to have such a bad time when the products were actually pretty decent.
