Even though the clothes I bought recently didn't fit me well, I have to say I was really impressed with the whole shopping experience at this store. The website was so easy to use, and ordering was quick and straightforward. Even though I was a bit let down by what I got, I'll definitely think about coming back here in the future because there are so many options to choose from and the prices are really good. Lovely products, poor service
I popped into a store the other day to check out some new stuff, and although the items themselves were great, I was pretty let down by the service I got. The person who helped me didn't seem bothered and hardly even noticed me. Even when I tried to chat and be nice, they just stayed quiet and didn't really help me out. I felt pretty annoyed and unappreciated as a customer because of the lack of attention and support. It's a shame to have such a bad time when the products were actually pretty decent.

I ordered a necklace from this place and I was really looking forward to receiving it. I got in touch with customer service straight away to let them know about the problem and asked for a replacement when I sent the faulty one back. Can you believe they said they couldn't send me a new one and I'd have to pay for delivery all over again? Absolutely outrageous. After a bit of back and forth, they said they would let me return it without a fee, but I still had to shell out for delivery... again! What a rip-off! Such terrible service and it ended up being a total waste of money.

My clothes parcel arrived right on time and everything fit me like a glove. The few bits that didn't quite fit were sent right back, and I got my refund back in my account just when they said I would.

I recently ordered 2 pairs of sandals from this company and paid for delivery. Unfortunately, only 1 pair was delivered and I was not informed until I contacted them. I was disappointed with the lack of communication and feel that I should have been notified earlier about the stock issue.
