Bought two dungarees for muddy weekend gardening, got a 'delivered' email the same day — but nothing on my porch. Asked neighbours, checked bins (yes, bins), no sign. They'll be great for digging when/if they turn up, but the delivery mix‑up is annoying.

Slow replies, order returned
not great — they never answered and my parcel was sent back. I ordered a couple of weeks ago but the address had an issue, Royal Mail returned it and since then I've emailed about three times with no proper response. It's really frustrating because it felt like something that could've been sorted in a message or two. I still want the item, so please check your support inbox and get back to me. A phone line would help.
Incorrect item received
I recently ordered a North Face body warmer as a birthday present for my partner. But when the parcel arrived, I was really disappointed to see that it wasn't the one I had chosen. It was so frustrating to receive the wrong item, particularly since it was meant to be a special surprise.

Fit and size of the jeans
Wow, I am loving these jeans! I could easily keep track of my order through the app and it arrived really fast, even though I live quite far away. The quality of the material is top-notch - this is now my second pair and the first ones are still holding up really well. I usually wear my old ones for messy work in the garden, but these new ones are just too stylish to get dirty. They have a cool military vibe that is really trendy at the moment. Joggers and a hoodie
I bought a pair of joggers and a hoodie from this shop the other day. But after I washed them once, they just weren't right. The joggers changed colour and the material got all bobbled up, so now they look really old and worn out. It's such a shame.
Nike air 270 trainers
I got these Nike air 270 trainers, and they just fell apart after a month. Tried getting help from customer service but they were useless and didn't want to own up to it. Really disappointed with both the product and the service I got.
