Garden party dress purchase
I recently bought a dress for an upcoming royal garden party and I have to say, I am really impressed with the company's customer service and reliability. When I found out that my order would take up to 14 days to arrive, I was quite worried as the event was on the 21st of May. I had ordered both a size 10 and a size 12, hoping that one of them would fit. When I contacted the company with my concerns, they replied quickly and reassured me that they would try their best to help. They managed to send me the size 12 dress promptly, and let me know that the size 10 might take a bit longer. To my delight, I got the size 12 dress just two days after ordering it, on the following Tuesday. The dress fit perfectly and I was able to return the size 10 dress and get my refund within days. Now I'm all prepared and excited to attend the royal garden party feeling confident and stylish. Thank you for your outstanding service and reliability.

I recently bought two dresses from this shop and I must say, they were absolutely lovely. The first dress was for my daughter's wedding and the fabric was just so luxurious. Going to the studio was really nice and when I wore the dress, I felt like a million dollars. I received loads of compliments on how great I looked that day. The second dress I got was for evening wear and let me tell you, I felt fantastic in it as well. Rebecca even made some adjustments to make sure it fit me perfectly. I got in touch with the designer after seeing her work on my friend's wedding dress that was made during Covid. I asked if she could create something similar for me, and she was really lovely and professional about it! I visited the studio with my family, got measured for a stunning 100% silk custom-made wedding dress, and it was simply amazing to wear. Oh my gosh, I've bought so many clothes from this place and they're all amazing! I've got dresses, jumpsuits, playsuits, hoodies, and tops. The best thing is, whenever I wear them, I feel fantastic because they're so stylish and one-of-a-kind. I always get compliments when I wear them, even at the races and on live TV! Two items
I recently bought two items and it's turned into a total nightmare. They were supposed to be custom made and sent out the next day, but a month has passed and they still haven't arrived in time for the event I needed them for. I've sent multiple emails but have not heard back from them at all. The order cost me £500, which was a lot, and I'm really let down by their lack of communication and service. I'm thinking I might need to take legal action to get my money back at this stage.

I bought two dresses from this company recently and I have to say I am really impressed. The prints on the dresses are just gorgeous and the fabric quality is excellent. Dress for hen party
I recently bought a dress from this company for my hen party, but I was quite disappointed with the whole experience. Firstly, it took a really long time for the dress to arrive, so I had to contact customer services as it hadn't been sent out after nine days. When the dress finally came, it was in a huge box that looked more like it was from a supermarket than from the company itself. Inside, there was no information about returns, which worried me, so I had to get in touch with customer services again to ask about how to return it, only to find out they don't accept returns. This was surprising, especially given the high price of the dress, which didn't match the quality I had hoped for. The dress felt like it was made of cheap polyester, which was really disappointing.
