Order placement issue
I had a really bad experience with this company when it came to an order I made on the 21st April. My parcel still hasn't turned up, and even though I tried reaching out to customer service a few times, I haven't got any good answers. The fact that they're not communicating and taking so long to sort out the problem has really annoyed me. I'm thinking about looking into legal options to sort this out, and I'd suggest others be careful if they're dealing with this company.
Cancelled order
I had to cancel an order because I mistakenly used the wrong card to pay for it. I sent an email requesting to cancel and even included a message. I was really relieved when I received an out-of-hours email confirming that my order had been cancelled. The customer service was fantastic!
