Halfway through adding my card I actually stopped and thought, hang on — do I trust this? I'd had trouble with account closures before at other sites, so I was already a bit wary. That worry turned out to be sensible. The signup felt clunky, and getting any useful customer service was like trying to hold a conversation with an automated plant pot — polite but pointless. I eventually deleted my account (or tried to) and got an email saying I'm 'receiving support for an ongoing issue' — which I'm not — plus a link that goes nowhere. So hours wasted, ID uploaded, and now they say they can't remove my data until some imaginary issue is resolved. The website itself looks fine and listings were okay, so it's not all catastrophic, but the account handling and support let it down badly. Not perfect, not catastrophic — just irritating and a privacy worry.
