instructions were clear, almost oddly good, and putting it together felt more like fiddly fun than stress. The finish on the frames and bolts looks proper new and everything slots together without drama. The cable and pulley set-up runs really smoothly and you can move the pulleys up and down without faffing about. The Gazelle leg press/hack squat is solid and slides like it should; pairing the stack with power bands is clever too — you can go from a gentle warm-up to something properly heavy, so pretty much everyone in the house can use it. Not perfect: I swapped two bolts on the smith bar for longer ones so the bar sits higher — simple job, but worth knowing if you’re around 5'10" or taller unless you want to duck. Overall, most doubts gone, very happy with it, would tell others to check head clearance before you bolt it down.
Delivery on point, solid machine
It arrived sooner than I thought. I needed a compact chest/shoulder press while four weeks into recovery from a tricep tendon reattachment. Delivery was tidy and the courier left it where asked. I supervised my two 12‑year‑old grandsons building it. They did the work. Assembly was straightforward, fit and finish seemed good, though one small bolt needed retightening. I phoned customer service with a question and got a helpful, prompt reply. The frame is solid. Using one arm I could put three plates on both bench and shoulder presses without any wobble, which was a surprise. Comfortable for 6' and 280 lb.
Not what I expected
emails, calls, support tickets — all the usual — and answers were slow or non-existent. The odd thing is that the courier apparently does blind drop-shipping, so no one really seemed to know where my order was. I was told I’d be called back, I wasn’t. I was told they’d investigate, and then crickets. That lack of coordination between the seller and the shipper was the worst part — felt like two companies pointing fingers. Having said that, a small bit of good came of it: by backing out eventually I avoided what could have been a much larger mistake (nearly £80,000 worth of kit I probably didn’t need). Also, one support agent did eventually find a fragment of tracking info — slow, but not zero. Overall, if you’ve dealt with reliable gym suppliers before you’ll notice the difference straight away. I wouldn’t recommend them for a straightforward purchase unless they sort their logistics out.
Mostly a win
I'm pleased with this. I ordered the squat and leg press from RITFIT a few months back, partly because I'd already got their leg extension/leg curl and figured, why mess with a decent thing. The kit arrived in four boxes over two deliveries, so opening the first pair and realising there was more to come was a brief, slightly panicked moment. I dropped a message to customer support and they replied within a couple of hours, which was reassuring.
Assembly turned out to be easier than I'd feared. The instructions are clear and there's a how-to video if you prefer watching, and I managed it myself in under three hours. One small detail I genuinely liked: the bolts, washers and nuts were bagged and numbered per step — saved me a lot of faffing. The machine feels solid in use and the seat and angle adjustments are straightforward.
That said, it's not perfect. One rubber foot sits a bit odd on my uneven garage floor so it needs a tile or shim to feel rock-steady, and I noticed a small scuff on a plate after manoeuvring it in. The paint isn't flawless in places either, but these are cosmetic niggles rather than faults in performance. I've been using it regularly since spring and it's reliable enough for home use — useful, practical and not a faff to put together.Tiny footprint, big performance
the bottom side takes way more weight than I guessed. I tested a 700 lb leg press on the first go and it held up without drama — I’m planning to push it further. There is a bit of bounce when re-racking, not ideal but not terrifying either; just something to be aware of. Padding is comfy, switching between leg press and hack squat is quick and painless, which I appreciate mid-session. Assembly was mostly straightforward, though one hole was slightly off and needed a file — annoying but fixable. Pro tip: get a mate (or two) to help, I had four people and we did it in about an hour; definitely not a one-person job. If I had my wish list, the foot plate would be wider — might bolt on an extra plate myself. All in all, it ticks a huge number of boxes: compact, versatile, high capacity and fair price. I’d buy it again, even with a few niggles.
Half a win so far
Overall, I'm cautiously optimistic — it could be great once it's complete. I ordered this a couple of weeks ago for my little home workshop and so far it's been... messy. The courier sent an email saying everything had arrived, but the manual, screws and bolts never did, so I spent a weekend staring at parts and Googling how to assemble a thing without instructions. Support replied, eventually, but not exactly speedily. I'm weirdly grateful because the parts that did turn up look solid and the machine seems well made, so fingers crossed. We'll see, but for now it's been a frustrating but hopeful start.
Unexpected fit issues, but it’s grown on me
I ripped the box open one drizzly Sunday, eager to try the leg curl — turned out to be a bit of a faff. I’m 5'9" and at first the roller pad sat wrong on my shins, knees not lining up, so it felt awkward. Even my two teenage sons, who’re taller, couldn’t get it comfortable. I rang customer support and hit a wall about returns because I’d thrown the packaging away — frustrating and a bit stingy, I thought. Anyway, after grumbling for a bit I fiddled with a folded towel and a small plank under my feet to change the angle. It’s not perfect, and I wouldn’t use it for heavy training, but for short sessions between work calls it does the job — feels decent, fairly solid. So I’m still annoyed about the return policy, but pleased it wasn’t useless; it’s become part of my home routine, odd tweaks and all.
Good kit, dodgy packing
I was genuinely pleased when the boxes arrived because the prices and specs looked great, and the machines seem solid for the money. After 25 years around gyms I can say the kit itself is decent, quiet, proper weight. Trouble is the packaging and the packing – loads of scratches, a couple of dents and one bent bracket that I had to tweak myself. I sent photos straight away and then... silence. That part annoyed me. Service needs to be quicker. If you’re buying, expect good value but check every part before you sign. It's not perfect, but overall I'd recommend it with reservations.
Late delivery, decent bench in the end
poor logistics and poor customer handling, but a capable product at the end. I’m still a bit sceptical about buying from them again, simply because of the stress. But if you can tolerate a slow delivery and want a sturdy bench for home lifts, it’ll work. Just be prepared to chase support if things go wrong.
Finally, the last piece
solid, sensible, no rattles, and the range of motion is spot on. Is it commercial-grade? No, but for a home setup it's brilliant value and does exactly what I needed. Proper pleased with it — relieved, even. Would recommend if you're finishing off a home gym and don't want to spend a fortune.
