I've been coming back to this shop quite a lot, and every time I'm really impressed with how they take care with the packaging - it's all recyclable too, which is great for me. I love the personalised note to thank me for supporting a small business; it's a really thoughtful touch that makes this company stand out. The stuff I've bought here is really good quality and has lasted well without getting tarnished. I feel like I'm getting my money's worth when I shop here.
Necklace purchase
I just got my necklace from this place and I have to say, I’m really impressed with how much care and attention the team put into it. When I first opened the package, I saw dried flowers inside which was a lovely surprise and made the whole thing even more special. The necklace is absolutely gorgeous, you can really tell it’s made with top-notch quality and skill. I’m so happy with my purchase and I’ll definitely be coming back for more.
Ring purchase
I was a bit unsure about buying the ring at first because of some bad reviews, but it was too lovely to pass up for just £30. I decided to take a risk and I'm really pleased that I did! It's a gorgeous ring and I've been wearing it non-stop for the last couple of weeks with no problems at all. The delivery was surprisingly quick too, so all in all, I can't fault my experience at all.
Product quality excellent
I've just bought some stuff from this shop and I have to say, the products are top quality. However, I was really let down by the customer service. I sent a bunch of emails and tried contacting them on social media, but got no response at all. This lack of communication has left me feeling pretty annoyed, so I don't think I'll be shopping there again.
Ring mix-up
I'm really disappointed with my recent purchase from that store. I was really hoping for a sparkly ring, but they sent the wrong one! When I reached out to customer service for help, it was just terrible. They didn't even make an effort to assist me, and then they completely stopped responding to my emails. Now I'm left with a ring that I'm not happy with and I've wasted £50. It's my first time buying from them, but now I doubt I'll shop there again, even though their products are really beautiful.
Ring size query
I had a bit of a worrying time dealing with this company. I tried to get in touch with them four times about ring sizes, but I never got a response. After seeing lots of bad reviews, I'm not so sure about buying from them. If they can't even bother to answer a simple question before I buy something, I dread to think how they'd treat me once they have my money. It's a shame because I really loved that ring I saw, but I'll be looking for it somewhere else.
Gold plated star necklace, green scarf
I've been shopping with this company for about three years and I have to say, the quality of their products is just amazing. I wear my gold plated star necklace pretty much every day and it still looks as good as new. The green scarf I bought recently is just gorgeous, I always get compliments when I wear it.
70th birthday celebration
We recently celebrated my mum's 70th birthday at this place, and we all had an amazing time! The food was fantastic, the staff were really friendly and they made sure everything was absolutely perfect for the occasion. We'll definitely be going back for more special events in the future.
Rings for my god daughter
I got two rings for my goddaughter because I wasn't sure what size would suit her the best. However, when the package arrived, there were no details about returns included! I've tried to get in touch with them several times but haven't received any response yet. I'll continue trying, but gosh, this is so annoying!
Holiday Hoops
I bought some holiday hoops more than a year ago, and I have to say, they were really great in terms of quality. However, things went downhill when I bought an Ingrid ring. Even though it was supposed to be sterling silver, it started to tarnish in the first week of wearing it. I tried to contact the company through email a number of times to sort it out, but it's been over two months now without a response, which is really disappointing. Their lack of communication and care has left me feeling very let down. I'm now wary about making any more purchases from them in the future.
Clothes that weren't great sizing
The clothes weren't a great fit and you can find the same items on loads of other websites for less money. The orders never arrived when they said they would, and when I got in touch the customer service was awful!
Necklace purchase for daughter's birthday
I ordered a necklace for my daughter's birthday ages ago, but it still hasn't shown up. I've tried getting hold of them loads of times, but they've not bothered replying to any of my messages. Needless to say, I won't be using their services again.
Disappointing food
I was really disappointed with my recent visit to this place. The food was cheap, the portions were small, and the service was not great. I ordered the loaded fries for a starter, but they were definitely not loaded, and the mega mixed grill was a big disappointment. The chicken was dry, the steak was overcooked and burnt, and the staff's attitude was just terrible.
Wrong ring received
I bought a ring from this company not long ago, but they ended up sending me the wrong one. I've been trying to contact them to sort it out, but it seems like they're completely ignoring me. It's really annoying to receive the wrong item and then not get any help to fix it. I'd advise anyone thinking of ordering from this company to think again, as their customer service is seriously lacking.
Gold locket gift
So I got this really adorable gold locket as a gift, but it stopped staying closed after just a day! The front design is really pretty, so it's disappointing that it won't stay in place. We tried contacting them several times regarding this issue, but received no response whatsoever. I was considering getting the same necklace but in silver, however, after this situation, I'm unsure if I want to take that chance, you get me?
Ruby ring purchase
My mum’s friend’s husband bought her a ring from this shop and honestly, it was so bad! It was meant to be a ruby ring but turned out to be a cheap fake. I mean, yuck. And when they tried to return it, the post office claimed our house wasn’t real? Seriously, how bizarre is that? After a long wait, they eventually got a refund but it wasn’t even the full amount. Plus, the ring just started rusting - can you believe the poor quality?
Ring resize service
Oh my god, I can't believe it! I spent so much money on getting my ring resized and when I tried to ask about it, nobody got back to me. I messaged on social media and email, but still no response! What's the point of offering a service if you're not going to help your customers?! I've experienced bad service in the past, but this is just plain rude.
