Great Shopping Experience
I wasn't paid at all to share this. But I'd like to share my experience patronizing Rodd & Gunn. I've been a customer to Rodd & Gunn for over five years now. And I've been patronizing them for products like Jackets and Coats, Sweaters, Shirts, Polos, Pants, Chinos, Jeans and Shorts. Other clothing items available at Rodd & Gunn are T-Shirts, Footwear, Luggage, Wallets, Hats, Soft Goods and Accessories.
Their products are real and original, they are affordable, on trend, comfortable clothings without compromising on quality, style or fit.

I bought a pair of Dundedin boots from this shop recently and I'm really happy with them. The colour (Chocolate) is just like it looked on the website, and they fit my feet perfectly. The boots are really well-made, and I can see that they'll last me a long time. I like how versatile they are - I can wear them with jeans or trousers, which makes them a great addition to my wardrobe. I'm so pleased with them that I'm thinking about getting another pair in a different colour too.
Lace Retainer Boots
I am completely shocked by the quality of these lace retainer boots I bought. The laces fell apart within weeks and now one of the top lace retainers has broken off. I attempted to contact customer service through their website, but got no response. I also sent an email to the address they gave, but received no reply. It's unbelievable that a company would sell such low-quality products and then disregard customers who have problems.
Melted logo on my shirt
Hey, I bought this really cool shirt and the logo got all messed up when I tried to iron it. I went back to the store to return it, but the staff there weren't very helpful. They were acting like they'd never seen the issue before, but I definitely have. Pretty disappointing. I'll definitely think twice about buying from them again unless they sort it out and replace the shirt for me.
Gold Membership
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service provided. Being a Gold Member, I had hoped for better treatment and support, but unfortunately, there appears to be a significant lack of customer service. Despite my numerous attempts to reach out to the company through phone calls, emails, and live chat, I have had no luck in receiving any assistance. It is both frustrating and disheartening to experience this kind of treatment, particularly as a loyal customer.
Military boots
The military boots I bought were pretty good in terms of design and quality. But I was a bit let down to find out they were made in China, as I was hoping for better craftsmanship considering the high price I paid for them. It would have been nice to know where they were made from the start.
3 shorts
I ordered 3 cool shorts but only received 2, which is really disappointing. I had been charged for all 3 even before they were shipped. The packing list clearly showed that I only got 2, so where's my missing short? I got in touch with customer service and they said I needed to send pictures and wait for them to "research" it with the warehouse. It's all so frustrating!
