I bought this because I needed a tough shoulder bag for a hectic week of moving and commuting (had a dodgy back so needed decent support). The material is clearly synthetic — you can smell it and it feels a bit plasticky, not the 'genuine leather' in the pictures. That said, it coped with heavy loads and actually came in handy, so I'm relieved. I asked for a replacement or refund, they offered 40% once and then went quiet. So, a mixed bag — usable but not what was promised.
Halfway convinced
