Funny thing — I only tried these because a mate recommended them on Facebook. I signed up and then my dog stopped eating the food, so I cancelled the subscription straight away. Thought that would be the end of it. Three weeks later a £130 order turns up as shipped without my say‑so. I was sceptical, felt a bit scammed, and contacted support. At first they were slow and unhelpful, radio silence really, which made me more wary. I said I'd raise it with my card company. By the next morning someone finally replied, apologised and arranged a refund. Not perfect, but delivery error fixed and service redeemed.

Bit of a faff, but the chews are great
I didn’t expect to start with a gripe, but here we are. The chews themselves are brilliant — nice texture, smells right, and my dog goes mad for them. I use them for walks and quick training sessions and they hold up well, not crumbly, which I like. The annoying bit was the sign-up and cancellation. I signed up for a free trial, got a renewal notice, jumped online and cancelled straight away, yet they still charged me and marked the order as shipped. On the phone they said the subscription was cancelled but the order wasn’t — odd and a bit messy. They said there was already a label so they couldn’t stop it. Return policy felt stingy, a chunk off plus shipping. So product? Top marks. Website and order handling? Could do with a lot more clarity.
Misleading free trial, charged early
the "trial" wasn't honoured and I got hit with a charge before the trial ended. I read the small print. It clearly said billing wouldn't happen until 14 days after you receive the sample because signing up gives you a subscription. Despite that they withdrew £70 from my account three days before my trial window closed. I told customer services and I explained exactly when the bag arrived. They insisted the order had already been shipped, would cancel the subscription and would send a returns label. They said only after they receive it — three to five days — they'd process the refund, and that refund itself could take another few days. That left my account overdrawn and my bank slapped me with a £30 fee. When I checked their tracking page it showed the parcel as only "ready to ship", not despatched. So either their process is sloppy or the rep wasn't telling the truth. My dog refused the food, so I planned to cancel anyway, but it wasn't quick enough. I wanted a straight forward fix. I'd advise others: document the date you get the trial, take screenshots of the terms and check your bank immediately. I was annoyed, slightly stressed. A firm should be able to cancel before dispatch and refund straight away. Lessons learned. Not impressed, and I won't try them again. You have to watch these subscriptions closely.
