I was mid-morning, cup of tea by the table, and then this spray decided to leak across my best dining wood. It soaked in proper quick. Smell wasn't even worth it, which made it worse. Customer service sent a wall of legal-speak and a paltry £30, as if that fixes a ruined table. Felt brushed off, honestly. I wish they'd own up or at least offer a proper repair. Other people — maybe keep it away from furniture, or open it over the sink. Bit sad, won't buy again.
Kitchen test gone sideways
a 20% code landed in my inbox a day after I bought and support wouldn't honour it, which led to a cancellation, flipping back and forth and general irritation. Product good, service not.
First-spray delight, then a let-down
Funny thing — I was actually quite pleased the morning I first used the santal & vetiver, proper nice scent and I thought, oh this will do. That moment of "yes" faded quicker than I hoped. A few hours later it went a bit acrid, like a chemical edge, and annoyingly it clung to my shirt. The bergamot and hinoki barely lasted at all for me, hardly there and not much help against underarm smell. The body spray smelled lovely at first but within weeks it lost most of its charm and left behind odd base notes — honestly like the scent you get from clothes in the laundry basket you’ve forgotten. Useful for a short burst, not for the long haul.
Delivery faff but resolved
it's fine, solid enough, not something to rave about. Problem began because I’d accidentally ordered the wrong item. I emailed the next day to change it but was told it had already been processed. When I arranged a return they issued an RA number and I posted it back via Royal Mail on 19 August, paying about £4.20. Tracking showed delivery a few days later so I threw the postage receipt away — I assumed that was that. Then weeks went by with no refund or replacement. Customer service originally said they couldn't refund until the warehouse had it scanned. I explained the tracking meant it had been delivered. They asked for the RM tracking number even though I'd said I no longer had the receipt. That was frustrating and felt like going round in circles. I was worried about the restocking fee they'd mentioned too, which would have reduced the refund. Anyway, after a few more emails they eventually processed a full refund on 1 October and offered to send the replacement as compensation. The refund hit my card within days and the replacement was dispatched promptly. So: delivery and returns admin were messy and required chasing. Service at first was slow and a bit impersonal, but they fixed it in the end and that restored my confidence. I’m relieved it ended well and grateful they sorted it, even if getting there took longer than it should have.

the product and final handling were acceptable, and the staff I eventually dealt with were helpful, but the company needs clearer communication and a proper customer-service route. If you're ordering, give yourself extra time for potential delays and consider using a payment method with buyer protection. I'd consider buying from them again, cautiously — they can do better, and I hope they do.
