I needed to get some gloves and golf balls for a big trip I'm planning with the lads. Getting everything was a breeze. I just went on the website, used my credit and reward points, and paid the remaining amount with my card. The best bit? All my stuff arrived at my door the very next day! Can't beat service like that, mate.
Custom-fit golf wedge
I bought a custom-fit golf wedge from Scottsdale Golf recently and I must say, I was really pleased with the service. I thought it might take a while to process my order, but it actually arrived in just one week which was a nice surprise. The communication from Scottsdale Golf was great, they kept me updated throughout the whole process. The delivery was quick and smooth, with DPD delivering the club the day after Scottsdale got it. Overall, I was really impressed by how fast everything was and the quality of service from Scottsdale Golf.
Golf club purchase
I bought a golf club from the online store the other day. Turns out there was a bit of a mix-up with the item they sent me because they were actually doing a stock check at the time. Luckily, Sarah from customer service came to the rescue and sorted it all out for me super quickly. She made sure the right item got sent to me with no hassle at all. I was really impressed with how professional and efficient she was in dealing with the situation.
ProV1x golf balls in a 4 for 3 deal
This company is absolutely fantastic! Nathan is the go-to guy if you have any problems, he'll get them sorted out in a jiffy. The variety of clothing, gear, and accessories they have is really impressive. I highly recommend their custom fit service, it's definitely worth the money. Golf equipment purchase
Oh my goodness, buying golf equipment online turned out to be a total nightmare! We thought it would be straightforward getting it delivered to Portugal, but we ran into so many problems with customs and all that jazz. Scottsdale really messed up and their customer service was practically non-existent. We couldn't even get hold of them over the phone, it was beyond frustrating. Honestly, the golf shops we usually go to in the UK are so much better, they just send out the goods without any of this unnecessary drama.
New driver fitting
I popped down to the store in Manchester yesterday and ended up trying out loads of different clubs until I found the perfect one, with the help of Wayne. He really knew his stuff and I didn't feel under any pressure at all. I ended up getting a custom fit club on the same day and I'm really pleased with my decision to go for the aftermarket shaft, even if it did cost a bit more. I was a little concerned about the price at first, but now I'm thrilled with how the club is performing out on the course. Big thanks to Wayne for all his help!

I've been coming to this place for a while now as a loyal customer, and I have to admit, the service here is top-notch. Every time I come in, there's always a friendly greeting and the staff are always happy to help with anything I need. Driver shaft
I bought a driver shaft from this company not long ago, and although there was a bit of a delay with the delivery, the customer service I got was top-notch. Molly from their customer service team was really helpful and sorry for the inconvenience. She told me what was going on and made sure that the shaft was sent out quickly, even on a bank holiday. I was grateful for their speedy response and the way they sorted out the problem.
Full Bag Fit - Glasgow
I went to get my golf bag fitted in Glasgow recently and I think it went quite well. The person fitting me knew their stuff and the whole process was spread over two appointments, which I found quite enjoyable. However, I've been a bit let down by the customer service after my purchase. One of the clubs I bought has a strange mark on the toe, and when I sent some photos, the response wasn't very helpful, just saying it was "weird". Even when I went back and showed the mark to the fitter, they just said to keep an eye on it and tell them if it got worse. For the money I spent on new clubs and fitting, I was hoping for better customer service afterwards. When I mentioned my issues with the clubs during my woods fitting appointment, I didn't get offered any solutions or further help, which was a bit disappointing. The variety of shafts and heads is good, and they build clubs on-site which is cool, but they really need to work on their after-sales service in Glasgow if they want to get recommendations from me.
New driver and 3 wood fitting
I went to the shop to buy a new driver and 3 wood. There was this guy called Matthew Whittaker at the Sale branch who was really friendly and helpful. He listened to what I was looking for and even checked out my swing before suggesting some options. His knowledge was really impressive! All in all, the service was great and I would definitely recommend Matthew and the rest of the staff at the store.

Ordered Thursday at 4pm and it arrived Friday at 10am! very easy site to use and great value too! DEFO USE AGAIN, well done..
macwet glove
Very poor customer service. Refused to exchange a gift without receipt/proof of purchase. It was brand new & sealed & I only asked for the same item in a different size. I will avoid in future, many similar sellers available, all with better customer service & most with better prices.
Garmin watch
Had a very bad response from a chap called Kevin Kean, who laughed at me and said not my problem then hanging up on me, they sold me a faulty product as I couldn’t get hold of them as there were not taking phone calls due to COVID-19 I finally got hold of them last week will only give me store credit, not being funny I would never buy anything from them again so what good is store credit I just want my money back, I can’t afford not to that money needs to go on food, this is when I was laughed at not my problem then hung up,
