I first spotted this brand on Instagram after a mate tagged me in a post about wedding suits, and I thought, why not — looked smart and the price was reasonable. I ordered a plain black suit for my October wedding, mentioning to the customer service team that the size I’d tried before felt tight. At first I was annoyed because the first jacket arrived smaller than expected and the fabric wasn’t what I’d pictured online. That kicked off a month of back-and-forth, which was the frustrating bit, and I nearly gave up.
