the fabric was properly lovely, soft in a way that made me forgive a lot, but the rest? A bit messy.
Ordering was pleasantly simple — slick website, friendly-sounding rep on the phone, card accepted, receipt popped into my inbox. That was the high point. After that, communication pretty much vanished. I spent ages refreshing my email, phoning, and yes, even checking forums to see if others were in the same boat. Spoiler: they were. Lots of noise online, which made me nervous, but I held on.
When the shirt did arrive it felt great against the skin — smooth, weighty enough to feel like quality, not that paper-thin stuff you get elsewhere. The cut, though, was a bit off on the shoulders and a button was sewn on wonkily. Little things, but noticeable. I ironed it, wore it, and got a few compliments, so it definitely does the job. I just wish the journey had been less drama.
Compared to other brands I've tried — some who are fast and impeccable, others who are worse — this one sits awkwardly in the middle. Good material, shabby follow-through. I don’t think it’s a scam, just sloppy in parts and not great at keeping customers in the loop. If you value lovely fabric and can tolerate delays and the occasional sloppy stitch, you might be fine. If you hate chasing companies, maybe look elsewhere. Me? I’ll probably buy again if there’s a sale, but I’ll keep my expectations realistic and my emails ready.A bit of a saga, but it got there in the end
