My awesome new stuff!
Oh my goodness, I got this really amazing thing from this website and it came really quickly! It's so beautiful but there was a small stain on it, so I contacted customer services and they mentioned they would talk to the seller about giving me a discount. In general, I'm really pleased with my purchase and I'm excited to wear it!
Variety of brands and great prices
Secret Sales is a brilliant place to discover loads of different brands at really good prices. I bought something from them not long ago and was so impressed with all the products they had on offer. There was a little bit of a mix-up when one of my parcels arrived on its own and I couldn't find it anywhere, but as soon as I got in touch with the customer service team they replied straight away. They sent me a picture which helped me find my missing parcel, and I was so happy with how helpful they were.
Designer handbag purchase
I bought a fancy handbag from Secret Sales not long ago, but to be honest, I was really let down by the quality. The bag came all the way from Istanbul and it was really not up to scratch. I don't think I'll be getting any more designer bags from that shop again.

I can tell there's still product left, but it just won't come out. It's so frustrating! I won't be buying from this brand again, and I'm glad I didn't pay full price. I considered returning it, but the return cost put me off, so I might just break the bottle and transfer the cream. I also purchased another bottle as a gift, so I'm really hoping that one works better. Fingers crossed!

I had a great time with the customer service! I was a bit frustrated because my 10% off code kept disappearing while I was ordering, but the Secret Sales team was super helpful and quick to respond. They told me I'd get a refund for the discount once I made up my mind on what I wanted. The trainers I got for my partner were really one-of-a-kind, couldn't find them anywhere else. And the Coach handbag I treated myself to was just gorgeous. All in all, a top shopping experience!
