I moved flat and my lower back was protesting, so I bought this on a bit of a hope. First night I actually slept through without waking stiff — that was the moment I realised it was doing its job. Ordering was simple enough, price reasonable for what I needed, and delivery turned up when they said it would. Not everything was perfect (had to sort a small mix-up with size), but I was pleasantly surprised by the build quality and how much quicker I felt better.
Sorted at last
I only realised once they hadn't arrived that I'd sent a pair of Dune shoes back to the wrong seller. Not ideal. I got in touch with Secret Sales and spoke to Lewis — dry, efficient and actually helpful. The moment I knew it was going to be fine was when he traced the misplaced return, contacted the other seller and then issued a fresh returns label so I could send them back to Secret Sales directly. He kept sending short updates by email, which calmed me down. I wear the shoes for work and for commuting, so having it fixed was a proper relief, honestly.

Wouldn't recommend for peace of mind, but credit where it's due: getting the money back was the bit that made me stop stressing. Slightly annoyed, learned my lesson, won't order so many bits from one place again. The whole thing felt unnecessarily time-consuming and tedious.
Nearly sorted after empty parcel
Midway through clearing the kitchen table I sliced open the parcel and found…nothing. An empty box where £416 worth of home fragrances — candles and diffusers I’d picked for cosy nights in and when friends pop round — should have been. On the plus side handling all this has made me more thorough — I’ve logged serials, delivery photos and a neighbour who saw the drop. I’ll upload what I can for others to see and I’m fairly hopeful the court will sort it. Frustrating to lose time, but I’m not giving up and at least there’s a clear path forward.

They asked for a lot of details about how the scam happened (which was awkward to relive), and within a day they came back with a trace and said it looked possible to get my money back. Here’s the bit worth dwelling on: the “TPM upgrade” fee. It felt horrible being told I had to pay a substantial sum up front — I even sold my car to raise the cash — and that’s the part that still sits uneasily with me. It’s expensive, and I kept thinking, am I being scammed again? But the team were steady, answered my questions, and didn’t rush me, which helped.
In about 48 hours after paying that fee my funds were transferred back to my bank. To be honest, when I saw the amount land I cried (quietly, in the car — ridiculous, I know) and couldn’t quite breathe for a bit. That relief was real. The process isn’t flawless: the upfront cost and the stress around it were brutal, and they could be much clearer about why fees scale with the amount. But the people handling it were professional, communicative and, ultimately, effective.
If you’ve been burned before (I had, twice), you’ll naturally be wary. My advice: ask plenty of questions, make sure you’re comfortable with the plan, and be prepared that it might cost to get something back. It’s not a silver bullet and it’s not cheap, but for me — having lost everything — it worked, and that counts for a lot.Small sizing, slow fix

Avoid absolute scammers I am still waiting on 2 refunds from them and they simply refuse to answer any questions They falsely advertise goods send different items to those that are advertised and eventually when returned refuse to refund. Avoid these scammers.
My awesome new stuff!
Oh my goodness, I got this really amazing thing from this website and it came really quickly! It's so beautiful but there was a small stain on it, so I contacted customer services and they mentioned they would talk to the seller about giving me a discount. In general, I'm really pleased with my purchase and I'm excited to wear it!
Variety of brands and great prices
Secret Sales is a brilliant place to discover loads of different brands at really good prices. I bought something from them not long ago and was so impressed with all the products they had on offer. There was a little bit of a mix-up when one of my parcels arrived on its own and I couldn't find it anywhere, but as soon as I got in touch with the customer service team they replied straight away. They sent me a picture which helped me find my missing parcel, and I was so happy with how helpful they were.

I bought a fancy handbag from Secret Sales not long ago, but to be honest, I was really let down by the quality. The bag came all the way from Istanbul and it was really not up to scratch. I don't think I'll be getting any more designer bags from that shop again.
