Avoid absolute scammers I am still waiting on 2 refunds from them and they simply refuse to answer any questions They falsely advertise goods send different items to those that are advertised and eventually when returned refuse to refund. Avoid these scammers.
My awesome new stuff!
Oh my goodness, I got this really amazing thing from this website and it came really quickly! It's so beautiful but there was a small stain on it, so I contacted customer services and they mentioned they would talk to the seller about giving me a discount. In general, I'm really pleased with my purchase and I'm excited to wear it!
Variety of brands and great prices
Secret Sales is a brilliant place to discover loads of different brands at really good prices. I bought something from them not long ago and was so impressed with all the products they had on offer. There was a little bit of a mix-up when one of my parcels arrived on its own and I couldn't find it anywhere, but as soon as I got in touch with the customer service team they replied straight away. They sent me a picture which helped me find my missing parcel, and I was so happy with how helpful they were.
Designer handbag purchase
I bought a fancy handbag from Secret Sales not long ago, but to be honest, I was really let down by the quality. The bag came all the way from Istanbul and it was really not up to scratch. I don't think I'll be getting any more designer bags from that shop again.
T-shirt and leggings
I bought a t-shirt and leggings from this website because my friend recommended it to me. But when I wanted to return them, I had trouble because the website didn't recognise my email, order number, or postcode. I tried to request a return through the order confirmation email, but it didn't work. I emailed customer service, but I didn't get any response. I even tried the instant chat, but I got disconnected after waiting for ages. I'm so frustrated!

The customer service at Secret Sales was absolutely brilliant, especially Emily who helped me with my issue. She was so good - efficient, professional, and had great communication skills. I really valued her help and just wanted to say a big thank you for her outstanding service.

The prices at Secret Sales are so tempting, I just had to buy something. Unfortunately, one item didn't quite fit, but returning it was really easy and stress-free. Faulty cream bottle
I bought this cream bottle from Secret Sales and when I tried to use it, the pump wouldn't work! I only got two pumps of cream out before it stopped altogether. I can tell there's still product left, but it just won't come out. It's so frustrating! I won't be buying from this brand again, and I'm glad I didn't pay full price. I considered returning it, but the return cost put me off, so I might just break the bottle and transfer the cream. I also purchased another bottle as a gift, so I'm really hoping that one works better. Fingers crossed!
Clothing and accessories
I wasn't sure about this company at first, but all my doubts disappeared when I got my order. I was really pleased with how quickly it arrived and how good the things I bought were. The packaging was nicely done too, making the whole thing even better. I did have to send back a couple of items because they didn't fit, but Fatima, the customer service rep, was brilliant in helping me do that. I'm looking forward to seeing how the refund process goes. All in all, I'm happy with my time shopping at Secret Sales.
