Halfway through the first week I realised how much I reach for this — arrived neatly boxed, each piece wrapped, and delivery was surprisingly quick. Customer service answered a small query straightaway. Soft, silky, keeps me cool every morning, easy care.
Slow reply, solid delivery
Ordered in early March and, to be frank, I was a bit irritated at first — messaged via the website chat and didn't hear back for a while, so I hesitated. In the end the delivery was spot on and I started using it straight away; first impressions are good. Customer service eventually replied and sorted a small issue. Not perfect, but it works and I'm pleased overall.
Snug and surprisingly quiet
it's not noisy at all and actually comfy. Haven’t washed it yet, so fingers crossed, but so far very pleased.
Worth the buy
Totally worth it — these sheets are brilliant, really soft and proper deep so they actually fit my super king. Only gripe is the duvet choices are a bit limited, I keep hoping for more colours/patterns. Ordering was easy, delivery quick. If you want quality without the crazy price, try them.
Finally a proper fit
Halfway through stripping the bed I realised this fitted sheet actually fits the mattress — proper snug, no weird bunching. The bamboo is softer than I expected and feels cool. After a few dodgy orders from other firms, this was a nice surprise, so yeah, really pleased and would recommend.
