I’ve ordered from Abiza more than once now, and the thing that keeps standing out is that the pieces don’t feel generic. They have a quiet, thoughtful quality to them, if that makes sense. The designs are elegant without being overly flashy, and everything I’ve received has felt properly made rather than rushed out. I was also pleasantly surprised by how approachable the service was; helpful, but not pushy. It’s the sort of jewellery you can buy for a reason, not just because it looks nice. I’d happily order again.
Sorted the bracelet without any fuss
I’d happily order from them again. I bought an initial necklace and matching bracelet as a Christmas present, mainly because I wanted something personal but still easy to wear every day. Both pieces looked even nicer in person, which was a relief. I’d got the bracelet size wrong though, completely my own mistake, and it was hanging far too loose. I emailed them over the Christmas period and honestly didn’t expect a quick reply, but they got back to me on Boxing Day. They offered to shorten it if I posted it back, so I only paid the return postage. It came back within a couple of days and now fits properly. Really lovely quality, and the help was genuinely kind.
The necklace was fine, the response wasn’t
brief, cold and not really open to discussing it. I emailed again in case there had been a misunderstanding, but the second response felt even less helpful. It’s a shame, because I’ve genuinely liked their gemstone jewellery in the past. The product range is nice, yet this experience has made me reluctant to order again or suggest them to friends, which is disappointing.
Kettle, small box and a minor heart attack
unbox in daylight, take photos, and chase politely but persistently. Grateful it worked out in the end.
Not what I expected
decent delivery but customer service needs proper training. I won’t be buying from them again.
